Cœur de Prayagraj et l’un des lieux les plus sacrés de l’Inde, Triveni Sangam marque le point de rencontre du Ganga, de Yamuna et du mystique Saraswati. Un plongeon ici est censé purifier l'âme et laver les péchés. Vous pouvez profiter d'une promenade en bateau jusqu'au point de confluence exact et observer les rituels sacrés et les offrandes effectuées par les dévots.
Ce temple vénéré abrite une idole couchée unique de Lord Hanuman, censée se manifester elle-même. Les pèlerins visitent pour chercher la force, la dévotion et les bénédictions. Il se trouve près du Sangam et est une étape essentielle pour les chercheurs spirituels.
Arbre d'Akshayavat Connu sous le nom de « Banyan immortel », Akshayavat est considéré comme un symbole divin de la vie éternelle. Les légendes disent que quiconque médite sous cet arbre sacré atteint la libération. Elle est vénérée par les sages depuis des siècles et revêt une importance immense dans la mythologie hindoue.
Fort d'Allahabad (visite extérieure) Construit par l'empereur Akbar en 1583, le grand fort d'Allahabad se dresse majestueusement au bord de la rivière Yamuna. Bien que l’entrée soit restreinte (zone militaire), son impressionnante architecture moghole et sa riche histoire en font l’un des monuments les plus importants de Prayagraj, en particulier pendant la Kumbh Mela.
Anand Bhavan (Maison familiale Nehru) Un gracieux manoir de l'époque coloniale et la maison ancestrale de la famille Nehru, Anand Bhavan est maintenant un musée présentant des photographies rares, des effets personnels et des souvenirs du mouvement pour la liberté en Inde. Il offre un aperçu de la vie et de l’héritage du premier Premier ministre indien, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Nice hotel for Men and women by trevoling
Going to the Mahakumbh Mela with my guide, Kartikeya, was a truly unforgettable experience and, most importantly, a very safe one. There were millions of people and the Indian army was doing an excellent job managing the crowds, which meant we often had to take longer routes and walk more than expected, but Kartikeya always stayed calm and consistently found the best way for us through the chaos. He showed a lot of patience and care, making sure I felt comfortable and secure the entire time. We spent amazing time together, and he explained so much about the Sangam, India, and Hinduism that I felt I learned a great deal and could appreciate the significance of everything I was seeing on a much deeper level. I totally recommend doing this tour with Kartikeya if you want a meaningful, informative, and safe Mahakumbh Mela experience - definitely a five-star experience!
A day spent well, walked a lot! Kudos to our guide Mr. Shiva very patient and stuck with as and guided us aboutteverything happening in the Kumb and took us there! Would recommend 10/10 but be prepared to walk.

When the size of entire #Europe or two #USA's decendes in one city Prayagraj - The Sangam City / Allahabad, India for #mahakumbh2025 celebrations,there is bound to be some coordination issues, negative political comments, terrible loss of lives or chaotic traffic snarls,but must confess that the overall #MahaKumbhExperience has been WONDERFUL& is a lesson for Management Schools globally,surely! You cannot force 65 crores people to visit one city for such a grand religious event- despite all odds- if they don't have intrinsic faith in the religious significance & beliefs of this grand #Mela! My experience visiting #Prayagraj with friends for a #HolyDip was a fulfilling experience,to say the least. The administration is proactive, public amenities are available, traffic management is strict there seems to be good cooperation of locals for this unique spiritual experience! Credit surely needs to go to CM Yogi Adityanath administration, Kumbh Mela Police UP , Swachh & Smart City Prayagraj &most importantly, the patient locals of this ancient city for opening up their hearts &homes to all #Devotees thronging this holy town for 45 days-for cultural celebrations of this event at such a grand scale! #ThankyouPrayagraj 🙏 #mahakumbh2025prayagraj #incredibleindia
