Commencez votre voyage à Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, la troisième ville sainte islamique au monde. Admirez une vue panoramique de la ville ressemblant à un bateau géant et apercevez l'intérieur de la sainte mosquée. Ensuite, émerveillez-vous devant le minaret cylindrique. Continuez vers Volubilis, une ancienne ville romaine tentaculaire de 43 hectares. Explorez les ruines et les artefacts étonnants. Dirigez-vous vers Meknès pour un tour en voiture à travers la ville impériale. Profitez de la magnifique architecture, dont Bab Mansour, la plus grande porte d'Afrique, et du parcours de golf royal. Visitez le mausolée de Moulay Ismail, un ancien roi marocain. Après le déjeuner, faites une visite à pied dans la médina de Meknès. Visitez la place Lahdim, Bab Mansour et le Palais Dar Jamaï, puis explorez la vieille ville à votre guise. Retournez à Fès, avec des souvenirs d'une journée inoubliable remplie d'architecture, d'histoire et de paysages impressionnants.

Fès ➞ Moulay Idriss Zerhoun • Départ de Fès à 9h30. • Roulez pendant 1 heure 50 minutes. • Arrivée à Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, la troisième ville sainte islamique au monde, • Découvrez une vue panoramique de toute la ville, qui ressemble à un bateau géant, similaire au Titanic. • Bien que nous ne puissions pas visiter les parties saintes de la ville, nous pourrons voir l'intérieur de la mosquée sainte depuis le sommet, à travers une autre vue panoramique. • Notre prochaine étape est le Minaret cylindrique, qui est le seul minaret rond au Maroc.
Moulay Idriss Zerhoun ➞ Volubilis • nous prendrons 5 minutes en voiture de Volubilis, une ville romaine antique en ruine de 43 hectares. • Vous aurez 1 heure 30 minutes pour explorer la ville par vous-même. Tout est bien décrit et documenté, vous devrez simplement suivre les flèches.
Volubilis ➞ Meknès • Après la visite de la ville, nous nous retrouverons à nouveau à la voiture près de l'entrée de la ville. Notre chauffeur vous attendra pour poursuivre le voyage. • Nous irons à 30 minutes en voiture de la ville de Meknès. • À l'arrivée , nous aurons un arrêt déjeuner aroud 1 heure, - Visite de l'intérieur de la ville impériale qui est entourée de 4 murs de 30 km. - Voir des portes impressionnantes, y compris Bab Al Mansour (la plus grande d'Afrique, derrière laquelle se trouve la ville impériale). - Voir le parcours de golf royal gratuitement. - Voir le mousolé Moulay Ismail gratuitement (Une ancienne mosquée qui abrite la tombe de Moulay Ismail, un ancien roi du Maroc). Voir la route de la mort.
• nous ferons une pause de 1 heure pour le déjeuner (par vous-même puisque ce n'est pas inclus dans le prix).
• vous ferez une visite de 1 heure 30 minutes à pied, pour : - Visiter la place Lahdim - Visiter Bab Mansour - Visiter Palais Dar Jamaï - Visitez la vieille ville de Meknès pour que vous puissiez l'explorer par vous-même (La vieille ville est petite et simple, vous pouvez facilement l'explorer par vous-même)
• Rendez-vous près de l’ismail Mousole Moulay pour retourner à Fès. • Route de Fès. • Arrivée à Fès à 18h30 maximum.

Good trip and value for money- to be clear it is just a driver that gives you some info and directions you do it yourself! £8 to go into Volunilis which is fab. Meknes stunning.

A beautiful day to discover the fertile and green region of Morocco, rich in agriculture, visiting the Roman archaeological site Volubilis, the sacred and white city on the hill, Moulay Idriss, and imperial city Meknes with the mausoleum of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Our driver was helpful and professional. I highly recommend to those who want to discover the natural, archaeological and cultural beauties of Morocco.

A very interesting flash trip. In two and a half days we discovered the medina de Fez., then an excursion to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, and Meknes. Great! Our driver spoke very good French, English and Spanish. Abdeljalil is punctual , friendly and he was kind enough to show us at nightfall, the Jewish quarter and the Royal Palace of Fez that we had not had time to see. Thanks a lot.

Our driver was friendly, spoke English and French very well and helpful during our 8 hour trip. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with a small group of 8 passengers. Weather was great which made for a more relaxing day after the previous day in Fez visiting the Medina and enjoying all that this lovely city offers. This trip to the countryside was the perfect day out for us with a relaxing walk around Volubilis with the backdrop of Moulay Idriss hill top village and mountains, a stop for views of Moulay Idriss then lunch and a couple of hours to walk around Meknes. The trip doesn't include a guide and in part this is not needed but personally I would have appreciated a map with the cultural points of interest. I don't think we really saw everything that I would have enjoyed. At the end of the day our driver was really kind to stop off at the Royal Palace in Fez so that we could take a few photos and also drove through the Jewish quarter which we'd not had time to visit on our long weekend vist. Fez is lovely, people kind and food a treat!

This tour was fantastic. It was a fun and educational. Worth the price! It was also a small tour group so it didn’t feel like we were being left behind and we could actually hear the guide. Mr. Abdeljalil picked us up from our accommodations on time, and on the way to the car he was teaching us about the Medina. He was very smart and patient. He then drove us to our guide for today. Hassan was very friendly. We were able to enjoy the sites and learn.

Abdeljalil is a very kind and professional guide. He drove us safely from Fes to Volubilis to Moulay Idriss to Meknes and back to Fes on Jan 1. The van is spacious and comfortable. He kindly waited for us when we were a bit delayed in Volubilis. He also very kindly picked us up from a different place in Meknes when we strayed a bit far and could not find a taxi. The cost of the trip is very fair. Two things I wish I knew, which I think applies to most other day trips like this from Fes: - You basically will not get any time to walk around Moulay Idriss. If you're not muslim, you're not able to enter the mosque anyway -- but it would have been nice to have a wander - The time in Meknes is approximately 3h including lunch. Again this is not a lot of time, given especially the distance between sights in the medina and on the other side of the Royal Palace.
