Had such a lovely day with Samuel. I went on a private solo safari and pickup was very easy, be prepared to leave early! There was a cooler with water waiting and he was very attentive and kind. Plenty of washroom breaks, because the park is 4 hours from Nairobi. Once in the park, he had guidebooks to help identify animals which was so helpful. Not just to identify, but know their weight and life expectancy. The day started cold and cloudy but we never lost hope to see the mountain. We had a quiet day in the park, but still saw so many animals. The best part was a bull elephant drinking water at the exit gate. Even the park staff didn’t know what to do! On the drive back into town, the sky cleared and we saw the mountain! From very far away but it still counts! I really appreciate Samuel’s kindness and knowledge. I would definitely book again.

Calvin was a great driver and guide. We saw way more than I expected - cheetah, lion, giraffes, huge group of baboons on the move, elephants really close to the vehicle. Our vehicle was really quick getting to the hot spots in time for sightings and Calvin got us good positioning for good views. He was very generous with the amount of stops and patient while we took photos. The lunch was nice too.

Our home base for our trip to Kenya was Nairobi. We did all of our tours and Safaris from there. We saved Amboseli for last since it's the one our family wanted to do the most. Tour Guide / Driver: Joshua our driver and Tour guide was the BEST! He arrived to our hotel lobby before 5am and dropped us off around 7pm. That's a long day. And all the while he was patient, accommodating, attentive, knowledgeable, and had incredible insight of the park and navigating driving. The ride there which can take 3 to 4 hrs each way depending on traffic and restroom stops. This was our last dat and Safari in Kenya and we hadn't seen a Lion on any of our Safari tours. And Joshua came though! He help us spot a Lion and get close. I can't say enough about Joshua and this company and the way they took care of our family. Tips: Amboseli requires a 4x4 Land Cruiser Truck. Do not do a Safari Van to Amboseli, don't do it! You will get stuck. We saw two normal suv stuck on rocks in the mud and their guests experience was ruined. The roads are ruff, bumpy, and full of large and small rocks. Our family of 5 decied to pay for the private tour with prepaid park entry and lunch. And we're so glad we did we didn't have to go into our pockets for anything everything was just amazingly smooth. Even lunch was epic at the lodge eating a delicious meal with elephants in the background was breathtaking. Our driver Joshua just took this experience over the top. Ask for him he was a game changer. I don't know how he stayed so engage and attentive for such a long day. And the driving requires constant attention so we we're all thankful to have him with us on this tour. Amboseli is majestic and we all prayed to see beautiful creation and to return safe.... and that's what happened. Highly recommend this tour!

Samuel was our driver and guide, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment the day started we felt completely safe, relaxed, and welcomed. There was laughter throughout the entire day and he made the whole experience so enjoyable. First of all, we were picked up exactly on time from our location, which already gave us a very good first impression. Our guide, Peter, showed a level of professionalism that is very rare to find. Throughout the safari he stopped the vehicle many times and patiently explained every animal we saw. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood what we were looking at. His patience and passion for the wildlife really made the experience special. Unfortunately, on the same day heavy floods started both in the national park and in Nairobi. This is where Peter’s incredible driving skills really became evident. Inside the park, we encountered water crossings that looked far too deep to pass, but Peter navigated them calmly and confidently. On the way back to the city, the situation became even more dramatic. Traffic was completely blocked because the water was flowing so strongly that many cars had to stop and wait. Peter showed an adventurous spirit and the skills of a professional driver, carefully maneuvering through tight spaces between vehicles—almost like a race driver—but always in a way that kept us completely safe. When we finally reached Nairobi, the flooding was even worse. To our surprise, Peter didn’t even need GPS—he knows Nairobi like the palm of his hand. Instead of staying stuck in the chaotic traffic, he guided us through small streets that probably only locals like him know. Twice we encountered powerful waves of water flowing into people’s houses. It felt like a scene from a movie. Even when it looked impossible to drive through the floodwater, Peter calmly demonstrated his driving skills and managed to cross areas where the water was close to one meter deep. In the end, we returned safely to our apartment. What was supposed to be a normal safari turned into an unforgettable adventure. Several times we were literally holding our breath, thinking we might get stuck somewhere. Peter is a humble, highly knowledgeable person, an experienced driver, and someone who knows both the park and the city extremely well. His competitive spirit and determination to always find the best way forward saved us from hours of traffic and made this experience truly unique. If you ever get the chance to do a safari with Peter as your guide, don’t hesitate, you will be in the best possible hands.
