Driver waiting with sign as promised, patiently waited as immigration took longer than expected. Very friendly and helpful driver, clean vehicle with plenty of space and well air conditioned, which was greatly appreciated upon arrival in Da Nang. Very glad I booked this transfer, one less thing to worry about with my first visit to Da Nang. Thank you very much!

It was a little disappointing because I thought I'd arrive in Da Nang and have someone waiting for me with my name and everything, that would have been really nice. But the flight was delayed by half an hour, and they weren't waiting; I had to call them to come pick me up. Meanwhile, the agencies were still waiting for the other people who were with me because they knew the plane was delayed (it says so on the board, they knew my flight number). But it was a good service; they picked me up anyway, and I didn't pay extra for it, so I consider it a good service.

Communication was very clear and always prompt. My flight to Da Nang got delayed and they were very accommodating. When I arrived, the Lady Driver was already waiting and was very friendly and helpful. Planning to book a tour to Ba Na Hills with them.

Driver was not there when we got off long international flight. Had to get local to call to find where he was. Turned up 30 mins late.

Excellent service provided, driver communicated well in advance and was waiting just outside arrivals, he assisted us with out bags. Car was clean and comfortable and with air-conditioning, which was very important considering how hot it was when we arrived. We highly recommend to everyone.
