Description

Fantastic tour around the entire island.
Don't waste your money and time on this tour. Just pay for the Grotto Tour service and take it early morning.
Unforgettable experience. The service was fantastic and the places we spent wonderful. The company was punctual and the skkiper very good
Very good experience, friendly crew
It was really nice tour that went all around the island of capri, even went into some caves. Good descriptions about different sites we passed
Really lovely experience to circumnavigate Capri, would have liked to go to Blue Grotto, however wait time 1.5 hours, too much to rxpe t in the heat of the day.
The tour was split in two activities. First you go with the boat service to the blue grotto. Which is a marvelous place. our captain was doing well in lining up at the blue grotto, not to wait too long for the additional boat there. What we didn't know, that you can also come on road (I guess per bus) from Anacapri andget the blue Grotto rowing boat directly. The second service was then the round the island tour. Where we also had nice guide with good explanations. Basically you jump on the next round the island boat service after returning from the blue grotto experience. In our case we had no long wait even there was a bit of a crowd. The views of Capri all around are beautiful and the blue grotto is amazing. So the whole trip was well worth it.
Very disappointing experience with HB Tour. We booked online based on the information from the website, where the standard tour was indicated to last about three hours. For this reason, when we arrived and were offered the Blue Grotto as an extra, we declined thinking that the tour was already long enough. In reality, the tour lasted just over an hour. After the tour, we asked to add the Blue Grotto and were told that it was not possible. We then went to another one of their locations, where we were assured that it was possible to "convert" the ticket, provided we returned to the initial location. Once we returned there, we were told the opposite. The staff went to consult with their colleagues and, instead of seeking a solution, practically accused us of lying, claiming that no one had ever mentioned ticket conversion to us. This total lack of internal coordination, combined with confusing communication and disrespectful treatment, caused us to lose precious time and even miss the bus, which is particularly serious considering we only had one day in Capri. A frustrating experience that ruined part of the day.
This experience was just the right amount of time on a boat that was very enjoyable with the Capri Sun and the blue ocean making the experience exactly what we anticipated
This excursion to Capri was overall a very enjoyable experience and well worth doing. The meeting point was easy to find and the departure was on time. Anastasia was friendly, helpful and well organized throughout the day. The boat crew was also extremely attentive and pleasant, making the journey comfortable and enjoyable. The only disappointing part was the departure area at Torre del Greco. The surroundings were very dirty, and the café recommended for coffee and restroom facilities was not up to standard. Although it was possible to have a coffee there, the restroom facilities were inadequate and not properly maintained. The boat trip itself was excellent, and the arrival in Capri was very well organized. We were given four hours of free time to explore the island. Unfortunately, Capri was extremely crowded, with thousands of visitors, making it difficult to move around and fully enjoy some areas. This is obviously not the fault of the tour operator, but it did affect the overall experience. Despite the crowds, I was able to explore the island, reach the seaside and even enjoy a swim, which made the visit memorable. The return journey was smooth and well organized. Overall, this was a very good excursion with an excellent guide and crew. Capri is a beautiful destination, and I am glad I chose this tour.
