Driver was friendly and efficient. The booking office tried to dictate the pick-up time. When I'm paying for the limo service, why should I haggle with the company about my pick-up time?

Our driver, Nacho, was on time and very professional . We had an early flight and was worried about getting from the ship to the airport on time. Rhomtrip not only got us to the airport on time, but provided a comfortable vehicle and professional personnel. Would recommend them to others and would use them agains when in Vancouver.

The dispatch person was very curt in her messaging after I requested if we could possibly be picked up a little earlier than scheduled. She then proceeded to not respond as to whether or not the original departure time would be honored. Her lack of communication skills caused us a great amount of unnecessary stress. When I was able to reach the driver he said he was going to be 45 min late, after I said this was totally unacceptable he sent someone immediately. We were able to get to the ship on time, but I would recommend that for this transfer it is best to just take an Uber or a cab. It was a waste of money. The driver who dropped us off at the port was pleasant, however he was directing us to drop off our luggage to the wrong ship.

Great communication with the driver prior to the pickup date/time, received information about the vehicle and driver's name. Driver arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and got us to the airport in a short amount of time. SUV was nice and large - accommodated all of our luggage (for 4 passengers). Highly recommend it!

The driver Sonny was waiting for us at our hotel as requested, in fact he was early which is always a plus for me. The car was very clean and he offered to set the temp to our preference. Overall an excellent experience.
