It was indeed a peace of mind engaged this service provider. It was our first trip to Harbin, not familiar with local transport and would not want to risk missing our flight - decided to engage this service provider despite fee is on the high side. The representative, Samantha, from the Company was very helpful. When she knows we have issue with our flight tix and needed to be at the airport earlier (the company normally provides the transport service starting at 8am), Samantha went all the way out to ensured our transport is at our airbnb by 7:30am. Samantha personally was at our airbnb lobby before 7:15am, to make sure the transport vehicle is there, at the right place and on time, to ensure everything is in order. Good job Samantha, thank you for the EXCELLENT service. You have set the bar high for the rest to benchmark- good one. Thank you.

Being picked up and dropped off at the airport is extremely pleasant and less stressful way to begin (and end) your trip in Harbin. Mr. Zou had been my drive just the day before on a trip to Volga Manor and Confucian and Buddhist Temples and I thought he was wonderful. I spoke no Mandarin and he spoke no English, but he had an excellent translation app on his phone so that we could speak to each other. He promptly picked me up at my hotel at 5:00a, so that I could arrive at the airport on a timely manner. I definitely appreciated his suggestions and help that he provided!
