Eddie our driver was great, showed up on time and found us quickly. Our only complaint is that when we shared with the hotel our cost for this transportation, they said we were taken advantage of, as the airport is only 15 min away and we paid 2 times what a typical cab would be (which we could have gotten from the same location). I don't mind paying a little more for an assurance a driver will be there, but it appears we were really duped. Live and learn.

The driver was very friendly. A few comments, when it is represented that a business car with a picture of a limousine is what has been reserved, it is anticipated that is the vehicle for the drive to the airport, not a van, even if a Mercedes van. secondly Viator should provide the vehicles license # and the cell phone for the driver so the passenger(s) can coordinate instead of wondering if they are in the correct place for the pick up. Otherwise the ride was pleasant.

As soon as you booked, they send a message to confirm your booking and ask for your pickup time. My pickup was at 945a and I was downstairs to check out of my hotel at 930a, thinking I would wait for them outside. But to my surprise, the front desk told me that they were already there waiting for me. So thumbs up to them. Other than that, it was a nice car and an easy rife to the airport. I'd book again.

Professional service from Antonio our driver. On time, friendly and fast. Just know that you need to make sure you get to Piazzale Roma from your hotel to get your ride in Venice. This car cannot pick you up from your hotel 😉
