Getting the left to the first floor with your dinner reservation was nice. Although you definitely do not want to arrive 10 minutes early for your reservation. They will not let you in. The dinner was mediocre. The wait staff tries to keep you there even though you are ready to leave because they are trying to sell you photos etc. I definitely think its not worth the price. I wouldn't tell anyone not to do it. But we weren't impressed
The experience of being inside of the Eiffel Tower while eating dinner was very nice. The food choices could have been much better. But the wine & champagne were great. I was there celebrating my 59th birthday.
The dinner was good but slightly underwhelming. Mainly come up here for the view but beware you may not be seated by a window
We were very disappointed by our experience at Madame Brasserie’s. Our reservations were made more than 90 days in advance. We were placed at a table set back in a corner right next to the servers’ stand for wine and champagne. Servers were continually scooting past us to get a new bottle of these beverages so they could serve other customers. Our waiter was inattentive, which compounded our frustration with our seating arrangements. The dining room manager recognized we were being overlooked by the waiter and came over to remove our dinner plates and apologized. We left as soon as we finished our dinner.
Arriving thirty minutes in advance is highly recommended. The food was very good and the service was excellent.
It was awesome from the admission staff to the serving staff. The food was excellent and the attention of staff was fully engaging. Problems were solved quickly and professionally. Would strongly recommend
We had a fabulous time with great food, wine and great service! I would highly recommend it! It was easy to retrieve tickets from onsite ticket office.
It was more than I could ever imagined or dreamed. The structure of the tower, the view, the service, etc. I would love to return. It was literally one of the most wonderful evenings our lives
This was a wonderful dinner! Great experience and excellent service! We really enjoyed the meal and the view. It was a great start to our trip!
This is my first viator review that wasn't 5 star. The good points. Wine was nice, location obviously amazing (the only reason its not 1 star) Everything else was, to be honest, average at best. Tables and space were cramped. Both starters were served cold as was one of the mains, and for the price and venue, we were very disappointed in this, was very apparent the meals were pre made and most likely just warmed up to order. Service was some of the slowest we have experienced in our 2 weeks in Europe. If we hadn't of paid in advance, we would have left. I'd only recommend to people I wasn't fond of.
