Dîner-spectacle Sala Scala Gran Canaria

Wonderful (and family appropriate) show. A bit of history with a modern twist. The music and performances were spectacular! Delicious food and great service made it a night to remember.

Disappointing experience. Booked directly. Arrived for 7:30 as understood show to start at 8, there was a lot of waiting until it got started around 8:30. Slow service to order a drink. Got a bread basket for 5 people with 3 pieces of bread and when requested more was told they would have to make it and so it never arrived. Starters were fine. Main course of meat/vegetable skewer with couscous was pretty tasteless. The show itself started well. There was a comedy element which didn't really fit in with the flow. Quite a sexualised dance show which did not seem very appropriate for our children. Left before dessert.

We had gone a little over a year ago and liked it a lot, yesterday was a disappointment, and we all agreed on that; in fact, we saw people leaving the room before it ended. Simple choreographies, few impactful numbers… a show more typical of the free shows at tourist hotels. It is clear that they are saving on talent, but the ticket price is still the same. We will not return again.

The experience was magnificent in terms of the show, the food was formidable, and the place was extremely welcoming. The only downside I have is that it is indicated that the show starts at 8:00 PM, they do not open the doors until 7:30 PM, and the actual start is at 8:30 PM. There is a terrace where you can have a drink while waiting, but there are no seats available where you can sit before they open the doors without the obligation to order something.

Very good show and dinner. It is true that I liked the previous one a bit more, but logically, this time there was not as much of a surprise factor. Although the dessert by Yeray Reyes was indeed a surprise. Good singers, good artists, good food. In short, it was a good night. And this is considering that they still need more practice because they have only been at it for a week.

The worst experience after having been to this venue five times; I had never been treated this way. I know they have changed much of their staff, and the current one leaves much to be desired compared to the level this place used to have. Regarding the show, I cannot give my opinion because I do not remember anything. It was a bad combination after paying for the entrance with dinner and drinking a lot of wine; I paid for the excesses. It is true that they refunded me the entrance fee, but the unpleasant experience and not being able to remember the show is something I have to carry with me. Besides sending unnecessary emails, I ended up having to write this bad review on this page.

We went last week to this show evening and were absolutely blow away by how good it was. It is definitely a memorable show to attend and had a cast of 30 providing one of the best evenings we have ever been to!, an absolute must to visit when in the Gran Canaries. The 3 hour show and VIP meal was 6 Stars and great value for money. it was full on entertainment, visually great with huge video screens covering the whole stage and clear as crystal sound to accompany. It had nods to a Cirque de Soleil and told the history across 3 continents. The 30 strong cast were simply amazing and costumes beautiful. A full on singing and dancing entertainment experience which is a must to visit whilst in Gran Canaries. It was dubbed as the best shows in Europe which can't disagree with.

Very entertaining and professional

We loved the show. A very complete show. What is true is that, unlike the original, I don't know if the attendees were less motivated, because in the end, when people got excited to dance, there was hardly anyone. If it were up to us, we would have stayed there dancing longer. Congratulations to both the show and all the staff: cooks, waiters, presenter, dancers, acrobats, etc.
