Des moments pratiques comme la fabrication de chimichurri, le pliage d'empanadas et l'apprentissage du rituel du maté créent un lien plus profond avec chaque tradition. Des éléments classiques comme le bœuf cuit au feu, une picada traditionnelle et des desserts au dulce de leche sont élevés grâce à la narration et accompagnés de vins argentins de charme. Fantastic experience! I went my first night as a solo traveller in Buenos Aires and was able to connect with fellow travelers and try excellent food. Chef Luis was fantastic and the crew guiding us through the experience, Stefano, Agustin, and Valentina were amazing! You learned about local cuisines, wines and cultural traditions all while chatting with your neighbors in a large open table concept. 10/10 would recommend for anyone curious for an intro to Argentinian cuisine!

Amazing! Interactive, informative, and fun. Augustine, Candy and Stephano, were fabulously attentive and the food was amazing. If you leave here hungry you’ve done something wrong. I also learned about the culture and how to drink matte. It was an unforgettable experience. I came by myself and made friends.
Augustine, candy, and stephano were awesome hosts. Felt very much taken care of and explaining the dishes and Argentina very well. Come with an empty stomach because I was very full by the end of night. I highly recommend it, I came solo.
