Dirigé par un Expert culinaire local, vous découvrirez les saveurs et les traditions qui transforment un barbecue brésilien en véritable fête sociale. Contrairement à un steakhouse touristique, ce dîner guidé se déroule dans une churrascarie classique où les habitants se rassemblent réellement, pleins de rires, d'arômes et de rythme. Vous en apprendrez plus sur les coupes, les vins et les histoires derrière le grill, tout en partageant la table avec des compagnons de voyage qui arrivent comme des étrangers et repartent comme des amis. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de ce que vous mangez, mais de ce que vous rapportez à la maison : une compréhension plus approfondie de la culture brésilienne – et des souvenirs qui parfumeront vos repas pour toujours. Nous offrons deux options de restauration : Churrascaria Palace, un steakhouse brésilien 5 étoiles avec une grande variété de viande de bœuf, porc, poulet, fruits de mer, sushis et même du poisson typique de l'Amazonie. L'autre expérience est au Churrascaria Carretão, un steakhouse brésilien 4 étoiles axé sur le bœuf, le porc et le poulet. Les deux expériences incluent une bouteille de vin par personne.

A great experience, where cooking together is a pleasant and fun time. The leader ensures that everyone is comfortable, and is ready to participate fully. The course is sprinkled with anecdotes and exchanges around the culture of Brazil, its geography. The course ends with the tasting of the prepared dishes. It really takes a colorful character, a chef, and a real master of ceremonies!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! Roberto the chef was informative, very helpful, and made the entire session fun and engaging.
