Flavors Food Tours est la première expérience de tournée gastronomique de Savannah, servant une cuisine locale fraîche mettant l'accent sur les saveurs régionales du Sud dans une atmosphère de petite visite. Cette visite réservée aux adultes est boutique et intime, consistant essentiellement à dîner avec un local sympathique qui va vous faire visiter la ville. Notre menu de tournée gastronomique est à la fois méridional et « de la mer », mettant en valeur les produits de base du Lowcountry tels que les crevettes moulues sur pierre et les huîtres de la ferme à la table cueillies à la main au large de la côte est. Lorsqu'il s'agit de fruits de mer, les fruits de mer frais sont meilleurs. Arrosez le tout avec un verre du pub anglais le plus célèbre et primé de Géorgie, le Six Pence, et vous comprendrez le charme du Sud. Entre les bouchées et les gorgées dans plusieurs lieux de dégustation, votre guide amusant partagera le côté authentique de la plus ancienne ville de Géorgie : sa personnalité originale, sa cuisine riche et son histoire intéressante. Prenez place autour du monument de Madison Square (au coin des rues Bull et West Harris) où vous rencontrerez votre guide souriant. Astuce : recherchez la chemise couleur pêche GA et le logo Flavours Food Tours. Les invités se promèneront du jour au coucher du soleil dans la partie historique la plus tranquille de la ville avec un groupe de boutique intime de 10 invités maximum. Cette visite à pied facile se concentre sur des plats uniques au Sud et au Lowcountry, tels que la soupe au crabe, les crevettes et le gruau, les tomates vertes frites, le crabe bleu préparé de manière non traditionnelle mais savoureuse et, pour couronner le tout : le dessert. Cette visite comprend également un cocktail (ou un mocktail pour les non-buveurs). Imprégnez-vous de l'histoire, de la culture et des faits amusants de Savannah. Votre visite gastronomique à pied facile de 3 km avec de nombreux arrêts en cours de route pour vous reposer, prendre des photos et, bien sûr, manger !

This food tour was amazing! We enjoyed the way they did the food with a break in between because you get a lot of food! Everything was absolutely delicious and we were surprised that one stop we got an alcoholic beverage (or mocktail). We appreciated the tour around Savanah where our guide, Rebecca, informed us of various historical facts and stories as well as food history at each restaurant. We ended up being the only couple after another couple had to cancel. We appreciate that this tour company kept our reservation as we had an experience with a different tour company that canceled on us last minute for not having enough people signed up. We highly recommend this tour, tour company, and guide (Rebecca). It is definitely worth the value. Don’t underestimate how full you will be!

Jessica was our amazing tour guide. She gave us some history of Savannah as we made our way to the different restaurants. Our tour went seamlessly! Service was prompt and the food was outstanding. We had a sampling from 4 different restaurants/ eateries. Jessica was friendly, informative, and made us feel welcomed and valued. We liked hearing the history of the restaurants where we stopped, too. This is a terrific tour we highly recommend.

We do a walking food tour now in every new city that we visit. This one is a great progressive dinner (not just small bites) with lots of historical insights along your 2-mile route. Cathy is a wonderful tour guide.

The food was good, but expected more food forward and faster paced to food less talking. Nice experience but not the expectation. The shrimp and grits spectacular!
This was a DELICIOUS and INFORMATIVE tour given by Jessica. She was AMAZING and took us to the best restaurants where we had large servings of each item. Well worth the price especially since it came from Jessica with other recommendations for us to go to

Me and my mom came to Savannah for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this food tour. Bridget was very well versed on the history of the city and the entire experience was very smooth. We appreciated the small group size and enjoyed everyone's company thoroughly. The weather was gorgeous and it was absolutely worth the price. Couldn't recommend enough!

Great experience strolling the Historic district, sampling interesting taste treats, all while being regaled with stories of Savannah's past. If you can only do one tour, this would be the one to choose.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to go. My friend had a fall an hour before our scheduled tour. I notified. Bridget, I think it was…,that we wouldn’t make it. Memorial Hospital did a good job for my friend, but it was a poor substitute for the tour we were looking forward to.
Bridget was an excellent host with lots of good historical information. Food at all stops was very good.
