Easy to purchase tickets. Provided itinerary at time of purcase and stuck to it. Dinner was delicious and staff were friendly on board. Thank you to Kim. Provided plenty of opportunity to take pictures of the City's skyline. Great experience.
Very nice surroundings on board for a meal. Served by lovely pleasant staff for evening cruise on lake ontario.
Perfect service and very nice food. Highly recommended. We were impressed. Everything was really good.
Took 3 hours to drive from Bolton Ontario to downtown Toronto which is usually an hour. We arrived 5 mins late. Tour operator staff were dismissive and rude. They did not even ask the captain if we could board even though boat is on the dock. Neither Viator or tour operator is doing anything to help us. The reason we were late was due to multiple car accidents on the highway. We will not do business with either company in the future. 350.00 out the window

I think it would have been ok if this was my first dinner cruise but I’ve been on several. The space between the tables were so close you had to shimmy to get up and go anywhere. Also the service was so slow. I was one of the first people in my section but got everything last. There wasn’t a refill station for water and ordering drinks from the one waiter/ waitress in a section was I’m sure overwhelming on both sides. The food was so so. Great music and views. I can say I’ve done it but wouldn’t do it again.

Portions are quite small for dinner, also, the ship returns too early to see downtown Toronto at night with all the lights on. Service is kind of slow too during dinner.

FEELING SCAMMED & DISAPPOINTED. This was a totally surprise I would never suspect that I would have to argue my case when I have multiple screen shots of the cruise priced in CA $177.94 dollars while making my reservation and from the Ad. Then being charged USD $177.94 = CA $259.48. The Reps explanation is that USD is there default currency 😳

**** We enjoyed every bit of the cruise. The food and drinks were great. The DJ was so good that everyone was dancing, both young and old, because he played songs across all age groups. It was really fun, and we had an amazing time *****
charge extra for food for people with allergies you don't know this until you get on board, boat ride could have been 30 minutes to an hour longer
The staff were rude specifically our waitress and manager. The website said children 3 and under were for free but when we went there, they said we had to pay for their food and that they couldn't eat otherwise just share our food. The waitress was rude and kept showing us attitude.
