The dinner cruise was nice and fun. The show not as much we got stuck at a table with limited viewing. Very disappointing
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased you enjoyed the dinner cruise, but we’re sorry to hear about the limited view during the show. We understand how disappointing that must have been and will share your feedback with our partners to improve seating arrangements for future guests. Kind Regards,
We were very disappointed in the transportation for this tour. The tour itself was great as far as the dinner cruise,, Eiffel tower and Moulin Rouge show. When I made the reservation the show was to be at 10pm. However, we were moved to an 11:30 show at the Moulin Rouge due to being booked on a tour bus of the city of Paris. We had already had a tour of the city and this was just being duplicated. I would suggest that when you provide transportation for your tours that you dedicate a bus just to the attractions that are booked and not a city tour.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very glad that you enjoyed the dinner cruise, the Eiffel Tower, and the Moulin Rouge show. We are sorry, however, for the disappointment with the transportation and the timing of the cabaret show. As indicated on the product page, guests may attend either the first or the second show at the Moulin Rouge, depending on the cabaret program and availability, and we regret if this was not clear when booking. We also appreciate your comments about the city tour portion of the transportation, and we will share your suggestion with our team to see how we can make this experience smoother and more tailored to our guests’ expectations. Thank you again for your review, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future. Best regards,
Do not use this company. We have tried to resolve this issue before putting a terrible review but they are ignoring us. We were left on the side of the river after our dinner so we missed most of our time at Eiffel Tower by the time we’ve got out of the Eiffel Tower due to the huge crowds we then got back too late for the trip to the Moulin Rouge. We have tried to liaise with the Tour company and they’re not interested in talking to us very very bad Service we went all the way to Paris and missed the Moulin Rouge which was on my bucket list. This Tour cost us €600 +2 taxi rides and we have not even been reimbursed for any of it.
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the disappointment it caused, especially missing the Moulin Rouge, we understand how important that was to you. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you’ve described. We never want our guests to feel ignored, and we’re sorry if our previous communication fell short. Your feedback is being taken very seriously, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. Please reach out to us at booking@pariscityvision.com with your booking details so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we genuinely want to make things right. Warm regards,
Amazing from start to finish, started with the river cruise, food was great and had a live singer, we then went to the Eiffel Tower which was lovely as we saw it in daylight then lit up (make sure you ask the guide what exit number you need to leave from to meet back up as there are quite a few) then onto the Moulin Rouge which was a fantastic show, book tickets with half a bottle of champagne each as you get much better seats, this trip is a definite to do loved it from start to finish
Dear Patricia, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time from start to finish. It’s great to know that you enjoyed the river cruise, the food, the live music, and the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. We're also happy to hear that the Moulin Rouge show was a highlight of your evening! We appreciate your tip about the exit at the Eiffel Tower, it’s always helpful for future guests. We’ll be sure to keep it in mind! Thank you for recommending this experience. We hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure soon! Best regards,
Organisation was a little chaotic and rushed I feel the 3 activities together was too much to get timing right
Dear Rita, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate your feedback regarding the organization and timing of the tour. We understand that when multiple activities are combined, it can sometimes feel rushed, and we will take your comments into consideration as we look to improve the flow of our tours. We strive to create memorable experiences for all our guests, and your input helps us enhance the overall experience. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future for a more relaxed and well-paced tour. Best regards,
This was quite expensive for what we received. The boat dinner was par and the cattle feeling tour was less than par, rushed, and they reneged on dropping us off after the tour near our hotel. 1/10
Dear Amber, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that the value of a tour is important, and we regret that the boat dinner and the tour didn’t provide the quality or experience you were hoping for. Regarding the drop-off, we do want to clarify that it was indicated in advance that the tour does not include a drop-off at the hotel, and we apologize if this caused any confusion. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards,
The Eiffel Tower Access, Seine Dinner Cruise, and Moulin Rouge Show was an unforgettable, magical Parisian experience from start to finish. Skipping the lines at the Eiffel Tower allowed us to soak in breathtaking city views without the hassle. The Seine dinner cruise was pure enchantment—gliding past illuminated landmarks while enjoying exquisite French cuisine created the perfect romantic atmosphere. The grand finale at the Moulin Rouge was absolutely spectacular—dazzling costumes, incredible performances, and a vibrant energy that left us spellbound. Every detail was seamlessly coordinated, making the entire evening stress-free and utterly delightful. A must-do experience for anyone wanting to embrace the elegance and excitement of Paris in one unforgettable night!
The first part of the trip for the dinner cruise the website stated that a guide will meet you at the bottom of the stairs at the designated spot, but in reality the guide meets you after the dinner cruise. Ensure that you ask at the boat for the dinner cruise if your name is on the list, which ours was. The guides afterwards were amazing, quick tour and second level of the Eiffel tower and then on to Moulin Rouge. Remember to ask and seek clarity when it comes to meeting points and timings..... Would book again
The experience was excellent the Eiffel tower and Moulin rouge were amazing however the dinner itself was only average.
Our tour location changed at last minute we could not find our tour guide so missed seine tour and were suppose to meet at harbor and pick up tour and we waited in the rain for 45 minutes our tour guide never showed up ! We the. Waited at Eiffel Tower on phone with viator representative for an hour and half trying to get things straight and it could not be resolved . We were only in Paris for two nights ( that being our last ) and we never got to tour the seine or go to the Eiffel Tower , it was the worst trip I’ve ever experienced and our first trip to Paris !!!
