Dîner croisière sur le Bosphore Istanbul avec spectacle nocturne turc et pick-up

Pick up was okay- the guide was communicative over WhatsApp and we met right on time. the next pickups took forever. The whole process took longer than what was said in the email/first WhatsApp message. Not sure of why- but it seemed like we were just waiting for people when we should have left them. Traffic was awful (out of the drivers/guide’s/company’s control of course) so that should have been something to think about while waiting for people. Once we got there it was a long wait to get seated on the ship. I booked a vip window with soft drinks ticket and instead I’m seated at tables for 2 put together for 8 people total. With random people at the back of the boat outside. With lots of people from inside coming around tot take pictures of the views. It took forever to get my first Coke and I haven’t received it or been offered a second one yet. They came and asked our main dish and nothing yet. When j sat down there was a plate of scoops of stuff but no explanation of what anything was. At one point they closed the 2 doors so those of us outside weren’t able to hear what was going on much less see. Some of the waiters told people to go up to the 3rd floor to take photos but then wouldn’t do so again. Not that I can see anyways because the show is at the middle with quite a few people in between and then they’re standing up with phones. There should have been an announcement or signs or something telling people where they can take photos. There’s no explanation of what we’re seeing or going past or anything. There’s also no explanations of who is performing. It’s sudden just someone new or a new group or something. So I have no idea what’s going on except that it’s a waste of my time and money. I would never recommend this “luxury cruise” to anyone. The only good things were our guide and driver. I haven’t even received the main dish yet and I wish I were back at my hotel. What a waste of money and what a huge cluster.

This is entertainment with a backdrop of Istanbul from the Bosphorus. It's not primarily sightseeing but if you go outside you get a great view of the sights. It IS a good meal with enthusiastic dancers, whirling dervish, knife waving, Turkish dancer, you name it, they have it. Customer service is EXCELLENT. In my case I originally booked a no transfer option but I hurt my foot so changed to a hotel transfer only to find my hotel was not covered BUT they gave detailed instructions via WhatsApp, offered complimentary drinks, and booked and paid for a taxi after the show. How good is that!

Let me begin by thanking Muhammad, he went to the extreme to make this experience possible due to boat problems, but he came through. Given us the best of the best in service. The food , service, ambiance, and the facilities were on spot and don’t let me forget about the show it was great. The scenic views are incredible. This is a must thing to do if you come to Istanbul.

What an amazing value for money experience. The entertainment was non-stop and the food was good too. This is a must do trip when in Istanbul.
