Alors que votre croisière sur la Seine glisse doucement le long de l'eau, l'un des monuments les plus marquants que vous croiserez est le magnifique musée d'Orsay. Installé dans une ancienne gare des Beaux-Arts construite pour l’Exposition universelle de 1900, le musée se dresse fièrement sur la rive gauche, sa grande façade se reflétant magnifiquement dans le fleuve.
Pendant votre croisière en bateau le long de la Seine, vous passerez devant l’un des monuments les plus emblématiques de Paris, le Louvre. S’étendant élégamment le long de la Rive droite, la vaste façade ornée du Louvre est un spectacle à couper le souffle depuis l’eau. Palais royal à l'origine, son architecture reflète des siècles d'histoire de France, des fortifications médiévales à la grandeur classique.

We had some difficulty finding the right boat. Other than that the tour and dinner were fantastic. The boat was named “Le Grand Pavois”. We did the 9:15pm cruise which provided a beautiful sunset and then darkness to see the lights. The cruise lasted two hours. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated in the front of the boat. (Maybe that’s why it was on the pricey side?) My wife and I loved it. She even got a little emotional. The views were stunning, the food was good, and so was the service. We were perfectly placed in front of the Eiffel Tour when it lit up. There was an upcharge for her meal selection (beef) that surprised us—Feel it should have been communicated better. Still, I highly recommend this cruise.

Cruise is relatively short (1 1/2 hours) on the early 6:45 pm boat. But it hit the key sites. Boarded 30 minutes before cruise starts, drinks and food service starts before the boat is out on Seine. Female singer pretty much sang entire time, pleasant voice, interacts with passengers, obviously some French songs (Edith Piaf) but many various artists. Very enjoyable. Food was surprisely good which is not what I see about dining on these cruises. Salad came with a little tomato presentation and was nicely done and tasty plus the buffalo mozzarella. Asked for beef medium rare hoping but not expecting. It was prepared perfectly. Don’t remember if ad actually showed beef was a 10€ upcharge but worth it. My wife had the chicken and said it was very good. Desert was excellent. Honestly all the meal was excellent. Drinks beyond the starter glass of champagne had to be purchased but reasonably priced. Overall staff was excellent and nicely responsive. Definitely worth it.

We had a memorable evening cruising down the Seine. The trip was leisurely and we had fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower lit up at the end (we did the later evening cruise in June that left at 9:15pm). The food was very good and the service friendly and helpful. Having the pay for wine separately meant that we could chose what we wanted, but we also had 2 glasses of champagne each. We selected this cruise as there was a guaranteed window seat, which was very good. But it seemed quite expensive overall, and I think you could see well from an inside seat if you weren't taking many photos.

As this was our first night in Paris, and we had been travelling all day long to get there, it was a perfect ride seeing the sights from the boat and being served dinner. It was raining so the covered boat was excellent way to see everything without getting wet!! I would definitely do it again, we enjoyed it and the music, the sights, and the ambiance.

I would give the ride itself a 5 out of 5 especially when it got dark and you could see the Eiffel Tower all lit up. We had very good seats near the front of the boat. The dinner definitely was just a 3 out of 5 my husband and I both chose the steak, which we had to pay extra for, we were fine with that but the cut was very tough. The appetizer was okay and the dessert was good. I had the Eiffel Tower made of chocolate and my husband had the crème brûlée. Not the company’s fault but we had a couple having an argument at the table next to us which was pretty heated (ha, some romantic dinner). It kind of spoiled it for us as we couldn’t help over hearing it as they were seated so close. I think it was still worth doing I just would have picked the chicken instead of the beef. Not sure if it was better though. I see that there were other companies doing it too. I think some were more formal than ours, maybe a better meal?? Do your research to see. We had our TA book it. Another thing that wasn’t great is there are no taxis at the docking area. We took a taxi to get there but to go home you couldn’t get a regular taxi. They have these bicycle type ones but the cruise lines warned us only to take a certain one I think they were blue in colour because the white ones would rip you off but when we got off the boat there were no blue ones to be found, just the white ones. We ended up walking to where there were hotels and got a taxi from there. Maybe look into the transportation part ahead of time.
