Dîner-croisière en boutre à Dubaï Al Seef Creek Multicusine

We had a wonderful family evening on the Dhow Cruise at Al Seef Creek with delicious food, friendly staff, and stunning views of the creek and heritage area. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a memorable experience for all of us.

I booked the cruise for NYE way in advance through Tripadvisor based on the options the tour operator offered at that time. On Dec 30th I call to arrange pick up from my hotel to learned that my booking (already payed) was cancelled because apparently what I bought was incorrect and the service for NYE was a different package (even dough I bought what they offered at that time on Tripadvisor), so after much discussions they agreed to rescheduled the cruise for Jan 2nd. The problem was that they killed our NYE plans in Dubai, we didn't know where to go to see the fireworks, enjoy the celebrations, etc. When they finally agreed for Jan 2nd, the pick up car they sent was late, didn't know the drop off location, we had to run 2 blocks to get to the boat that was waiting for us, while the other guess were already onboard and waiting.... while on the cruise, the food was mediocre, the drinks were chip, the photographer insulted me because we didn't want to purchase his really horrendous pics. and on top we got the same bad driver on our way back to the hotel... Overall really bad experience !!

Great experience! Cool show, beautiful views, good food, and kind customer service! Can be windy and cold so bring a long sleeve.

Cool to see the view from the boat, however the food was really bad (we went to McDonald’s after), and served on styrofoam plates that the wind blew all over the deck, drinks and food got all over peoples clothes. It was a mess. Cruise was shorter than the 90 minutes advertised.

Totally bad, don't do it. It is a tourist trap, the food is really bad. Very unorganized. It was like feeding the logs, throwing them bones.

We had a wonderful family evening on the Dhow Cruise at Al Seef with great food, friendly staff, and beautiful views of Dubai Creek and the Al Seef heritage area. A relaxing and memorable experience for all!

Good way to view Dubai from water and eat meal while relaxing. You can see Dubai from the old city, the new city, and current city development(s) with an hour.

It was a wonderful dinner and great show. Finding the ship was a challenge but we were able to call the number on the reservation and they gave us great guidance.

We booked “VIP” dow cruise dinner “celeste” boat for four adults on Jan 2, 2025. Our experience was horrible. With guys right away hoarding us into crowded corners away from the windows claiming those are for people of 8! Then they had the audacity to insist that we will be paying for the food as we did not follow their instructions etc. Total waste! Avoid them!

Cruise wonderful entertainment good but let down with prepaid transport to and from event told due to Christmas traffic they could not provide transport. Did refund the cost
