It was a great relaxing experience. Would be great with friends and family or to celebrate birthdays, anniversary, etc.
The cruise was delightful with interesting information about the bridges and other landmarks along the Willamette River in Portland. The food was delicious. Our group ordered a variety of entrées and all of them were quite good, as was the cheesecake for the included dessert in the lunch. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. My adult daughter, 97-year-old father and I all had a very nice time.
Thank you for joining us on the Portland Spirit Lunch Cruise! We're so pleased your family enjoyed the historical narration, delicious lunch, and friendly service. It means a lot to hear that three generations were able to share such a memorable afternoon together. We hope to welcome you all back aboard again in the future!
Bring a jacket, the dining room was air-conditioned beautifully. I didn't expect the food to be great, in fact I almost ate before I went. However, we ordered the trout on the Caesar salad and it was delicious. They also have a cute little gift shop on board that's worth checking out. The piano player was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. We took cash to tip them. It was a lovely day and worth the money!
Thank you for joining us on the Portland Spirit Lunch Cruise! We're delighted the food exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the steelhead Caesar salad, live piano music, attentive service and our onboard gift shop. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved every minute. The only pity was that the meal was inside and that the guide audio could not be heard that way. Though that makes for a much better dining experience, we found ourselves torn between waiting on food and desiring to be outsiede to see and hear everything. Still, it was just a wonderful trip that I will be taking again.
Thank you for joining us on the Portland Spirit Lunch Cruise and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear you thoroughly enjoyed the experience and loved every minute of it. We certainly understand the challenge of choosing between relaxing over lunch indoors and heading outside to enjoy the views and narration. We have the narration available on an app that you can download to your cell phone, and also a printed guide upon request, but we don't play the narration inside so people can enjoy the live piano music. Thank you for sharing this perspective, as it may help other guests plan. We truly appreciate your kind words and are happy to hear you'll be cruising with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back aboard soon!
This scenic lunch cruise was enjoyable. Waitstaff was exceptional, food was good, and the ship was well maintained. We spent our time watching out the window as we passed the scenic bridges and landscape. Our only complaint was the directions and parking. It is not clear, exactly where the charter starts and the directions were confusing. We almost cancelled because we couldn’t find the pier, but lucked upon it. I am glad we did, because it turned out to be a relaxing afternoon.
Thank you for joining us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad you ultimately found us and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on the river with exceptional service, good food and beautiful scenery. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking and directions. We understand arriving downtown can sometimes feel stressful, and we are sorry the directions were not as clear as they could have been. We will share your feedback with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve our communications to guests. Thank you again for cruising with us, and we hope to welcome you back aboard again in the future.

Upgraded to the Admiral’s package. Definitely enhanced the experience. Corey was our server and he was so personable and made sure we took advantage of all the perks of the admiral package. Plenty of good food and drinks. Guaranteed window seat. Plenty of time to explore boat and tour the pilot house and meet Captain. Even though there were other passengers on board we felt we received very individualized service making the whole experience special.
