Very pleasant experience. The wine and olive oil tastings were very enjoyable. The hospitality was very good.
Wine and lunch were amazing! The view was spectacular. Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Great family operation. Best first winery tasting in Tuscany we could’ve hoped for.
Disappointing! I really expected more for the price of 70€ per person. In the end I was very disappointed and also a bit angry to have paid 70€ per person for this, so a total of 140€. In the online description it was 4 courses with beef, I didn't get that unfortunately. We received dry bread to taste the oils and basil, then bruschetta, truffle pasta to share and a small dessert. When dessert arrived I was very surprised and asked what about the described 4 courses and especially the beef. In response, I was told the beef was part of the bruschetta. In my opinion, these were 4 slices of cooked (pork) ham, not beef! We were explained the wine very rudimentarily and memorized in English. The connection with the winery, the production process, etc. Rather little explained to us. There was no tour of the winery. For the money you certainly get something better in the region. The many good Reviews that led us to wine tasting here, unfortunately I cannot understand.
The whole experience was amazing. We were so lucky to have the sun shinning allowing us to sit outside over looking beautiful views. Each wine, oil, balsamic vinegar & food corse was chefs kiss! Staff were friendly and really told the story of each wine. Plus adorable dogs that were friendly and enjoyed all our fuss.
This was a wonderful experience. Great Food, wine, oil, balsamic vinegar, and views! We sat at a private table outside looking over the vineyards and across at the beautiful city and towers of San Gimignano. We had an incredible assortment of truffle-based foods, while sampling an assortment of wines, oils and balsamic vinegars. All amazing. We purchased and shipped home some vino and vinegar, and have re-ordered since. We highly recommend this experience in San Gimignano.
The views, the place, the very personal service, the food, the wines, the oils… the owners and their dogs! All was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
If you are in San Gimignano GO THEREIII!!!!!! Staff super prepared and LOVING their job. Very good food and great wines. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Family-run farm, which produces Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Gina welcomed us, a sweet dog (Lagotto romagnolo) who immediately notified the boys of our arrival. The girl, very kind and helpful, I think was the granddaughter, guided us on a visit to the vineyard. Too bad we could not visit the cellar (closed for works). The visit lasted about 20 minutes. We booked online a wine and oil tasting with truffle lunch. We had lunch in the garden under the gazebo. All really very good, with zero km products. Even the oil was really delicious. I was very impressed by the names of the wines that made us taste during the tasting, names that always recalled an affection, a memory. Staff helpful and kind. They came to visit us, to my delight since I really love dogs, even Mario, a really funny Lagotto puppy from Romagna, Rio another puppy and Berlin, a sweet alanus of a year and a half. Pleasant day relaxing, accompanied by good food and good wine. Try it!
Place surrounded by nature, vineyards and San Giminiano in the background make the location a wonderful place. Food, wine, oil and truffles, all really good and unique. young, friendly and well prepared staff, and three big dogs that make you feel right at home! Absolutely recommended!
