Dégustation et classe de mezcal haut de gamme

We had a chance to visit this Tequilla store during a recent trip to Huatuclo. It was part of an excursion offered by the cruise we were taking. Can't really recommend this one. We visit the store - have small tastes of tequilla and grasshoppers. No snack. They took us to another store for shopping and stopped in a church. That's about it. You can probably find a better way to spend your day.

The operator never showed up and I was told by the location that that operator stopped during the main pandemic

Costumer Services. / servicio al cliente We visited La Reliquia as part of our tour driver stops recomendations, (we are turist, wathever!). Must admit, we enjoyed the testing, mole, mezcal, chocolate, salsas and others and we liked the products. We bought a bunch of item and as part of the experience and because I am also mexican, I asked for the "pilon" (which is a little gift usually given to good buyers, nothing big but makes you feel that you closing a good deal, agree?) Anyway, long story short, the girl that was adding items to our basket was also adding "pilon items", the ones she never honored. Yes, we didn't get them, right after we paid, she just said "I CAN'T give you that". That actions totally changed the experience, i could have bought the salt de gusano if i would have been told in advance but, i left feeling ripped off and mad. I could have gone to buy the same items somewhere else but I did it to support that local business and my tour guide who told us, he doesn't get a commission, really?, just and invitation to a dinner 🤔🤫 seriously! Whit everything we bought and a 10% of comission we could have invited his family to a nice dinner. LA RELIQUIA, be fair with what you offer, be fair with your client but overall be fair with your STAFF $

Didn't really need to buy the tour.. We might have gotten a few more tasting that had we just walked in off the street, but no history just tastings..
