Dégustation de vins Xecue dans la vallée de Guadalupe

Description

First thing when I came in I was surrounded by 10 untrained dogs. I was wearing a brand new expensive dress, that the dogs chewed apart. Trying to get them off of me was not easy and nobody who worked there seemed to care. I got them off and walked away- and they bit my calf so hard that it bled. They were cute and I love dogs- but not great for a fancy place. The entire time they came over to the table and begged for food and jumped up on me. Location was gorgeous and wine was pretty good- tasting was expensive and they poured enough for one sip only. The food was great, but also expensive for such small portions. You’d think after the dogs making me bleed there’d be some generous pours or something- but nope! Some of the tastings were under a single ounce. Overall gorgeous location and great tasting wine and food- but won’t be returning due to the outrageously small portions, expensive price, and dining experience with biting and begging dogs.
Not only is the location absolutely beautiful, but the wines are truly impressive. We completely fell in love with their Reserva and Cabernet. The experience was made even better by our host, Daniel. He was incredibly informative, warm, and genuinely hospitable, which made the tasting feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed. We had such a wonderful time that we ended up coming back a couple of days later just to enjoy another glass of wine and some of the delicious food. That’s when you know it’s good!
Wonderful experience, great wines, and excellent hospitality. We were delighted by the ambience and input from the owner.
Honestly the wines are very good but the attention of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, very slow, we felt like not well taken care of, as taken care of by children rather than adults, I don't know, the concept is good and the story is magnificent but the staff was not at all pleasant or pleasant.
I was very surprised by the variety of flavors, from sweet fruits to red fruits with very specific notes! Orange wine blew my palate with its notes of tangerine and ginger! Yuri gave us the tasting and was concerned to explain in detail the aging of the grapes, the why of the flavor and the stay in barrels! Jose Luis, a very friendly gentleman told us the history and awards of the vineyard! They also have a wine with the golden seal of 2025! Definitely worth coming to try them!
The tasting experience is amazing, Yuri gave us many details about the making of Xecue wines Everyone at the property is super friendly and has a beautiful view to enjoy and take pictures.
The wines are delicious, the view and the atmosphere super nice and certainly the attention is 10. Yury explained each wine with attention and detail. We will definitely return
Excellent experience, a quiet place with beautiful view, very good service, ideal to enjoy an afternoon. I'll definitely be back.
Very nice place and staff. We prefer Kutay tasting, especially cabernet sauvignon. Highly recommended.
This was an amazing experience with a beautiful view of several vineyards in the valley. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about each wine. My favorite wine was the Kekoo, but each wine was delicious.
