Si vous aimez le vin, cette visite vous convient parfaitement! Venez rencontrer l'un des plus anciens vignobles du Portugal en visitant son musée et faites une dégustation de vin à la fin de votre visite ! Nous ferons également l'ascension de la Serra da Arrábida, jusqu'à son point culminant, où nous pourrons voir les vues magnifiques sur l'océan Atlantique, les plages d'Arrábida avec son sable blanc et son eau de mer cristalline, Tróia insua et ses plages. et le village de pêcheurs de Setúbal, et tout le parcours se trouve dans une zone de réserve naturelle protégée. Si nous sommes encore dans notre époque, nous pouvons encore visiter une tuilerie qui utilise toujours la même technique du 15ème siècle, fabriquant chaque tuile une par une.... Une seule des caves sera visitée, en fonction de la disponibilité des deux ;

I booked this excursion for me and 16 friends, they had me do it on two separate bookings one for 8 and one for 9 people. The morning of they arrived with one car for the group of 8 and said they did not have a second car, despite having both reservations. Upon calling Viator they offered me to book another tour three times the price. Ultimately we split my group, which we didn’t want to do, and 9 of us stayed in Lisbon while 8 of us went on the tour. Now onto the tour. The girls arrived at this bizarrely decorated house that seemed more about displaying strange art then wine. They were offered three wines, that were worth about 9 euros a bottle. They were told there was a beautiful castle on the grounds to visit but it was closed on Sundays. The whole tour took place inside, and they refused to move the tasting outdoors on the lovely sunny day. The woman hosting the wine tour knew nothing about wine and spilled red wine on two of the girls. Overall would not recommend this terrible experience.
Sincerely believe that we were very sad about this situation :-( it was a big mess because we had the day closed for more bookings and Viator managed to introduce your second booking because they called our offices and we always thought it was a change to the existing booking and not a second booking because we were already overbooking. .. We are sorry for what happened, it was also a loss for us, but above all we are sad that we ruined your day. if you return to Portugal and the Lisbon region, to try to compensate you for this day, we will give you a 30% discount on all products you book with us, and we will also offer you transfers from the airport to the hotel and from departure from hotel to airport... The driver was punctual and very informative throughout the whole journey. He was pleasant and always willing to answer questions and be helpful. He even had to join us on our wine tour because they were only doing it in Portuguese so he was also our translator. Lovely half day outside of Lisbon.
