Description
La viticulture et la viticulture familiale offrent une expérience unique en matière de dégustation de vins faits maison, de spiritueux et de collations sur la terrasse de leur établissement vinicole traditionnel, qui appartient à la famille depuis 14 générations. C’est l’occasion de savourer un verre de vin au berceau du vin monténégrin et d’écouter des histoires intéressantes sur la longue histoire et la riche tradition de cette région. Le domaine viticole se situe dans le site historique du village de Godinje, à l’intérieur du parc national du lac de Skadar, à seulement 5 km de Virpazar. La visite de dégustation dure une heure et demie.

Les dégustations commencent à 12 h, 14 h, 16 h et 18 h et durent 1,5 heure et comprennent trois verres de vins différents accompagnés de collations maison. Votre hôte est l'agronome et producteur de vin parlant couramment l'anglais. Winery Garnet est situé dans la partie historique du village Godinje et vous pouvez y accéder en voiture, en vélo ou à pied depuis la ville la plus proche Virpazar (à 5 km). La capitale du Monténégro Podgorica est à 35 km, Bar 30 km, Petrovac 25 km, Budva 50 km, Kotor i Tivat 70 km.
Winery Garnet est situé dans le tout premier village du patrimoine monténégrin déclaré Godinje où se trouvent les vestiges de la maison d'été de la famille royale Balsic du 14ème siècle. C'est un endroit unique avec des maisons en pierre pour la plupart désertes avec un patrimoine culturel et historique très précieux.

Amazing, rustic and authentic winery. We really enjoyed our time here and the host was so friendly and knowledgeable - he had a real passion for wine and explained everything so clearly. We had an amazing wine tour in Montenegro. Our hosts were so welcoming and knowledgeable about their wines. We loved the great conversations, delicious local snacks, and every wine we tasted was excellent. It was such a nice way to experience the local culture and feel the true heart of Montenegro. Highly recommend!
The journey to the winery is interesting up winding roads but when you get there the welcome from Maya was warm and the evening relaxed. There was a really good offer of snacks to complement the wines and liqueurs we got to try which were excellent, I’d fully recommend this activity.
Lovely wine tasting at a small vineyard. The couple were very knowledgable about how the different wines were made, we found it very interesting. The food was delicious, lots of cheese, ham, dips, chocolate desserts. They were very generous with the wine, 4 wine and 4 fruit liqueurs each person! Fantastic views. All at a very relaxed pace so we could enjoy the wine while eating for a few hours.

We visited Winery Garnet in the middle of a terrible storm. Although this meant we didn't quite get the idyllic setting we were picturing, it did not dampen our experience! Mishko (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly) was a very welcoming and accommodating host - he gave us lots of information about the family wines and let us enjoy at our own pace. We spent a few hours tasting the various wines and spirits, and enjoying the delicious food we were given to share. The amount of food and liquor exceeded our expectations, and we truly had a fantastic afternoon, despite rain gushing everywhere and hammering on the terrace roof! I must mention Maja who I liaised with in detail prior to the tasting - she was extremely friendly and proactive in making arrangements for us, to ensure we could still enjoy our experience despite the storm. A big thank you!
A truly unique experience expertly hosted by the very knowledgeable and passionate owner Misko. We spent a very happy couple of hours sampling delicious wines and liquors accompanied by various cheeses and other homemade snacks. We would thoroughly recommend this great value experience to anyone visiting Montenegro.
Spend a great evening with good food and even better wine. Lovely place away from the hustle and bustle of lake Skandar. Would recommend it to everybody.

Just came back from a wine tasting at Garnet. What a wonderful experience! Misko was very kind and humble about his products, which was some of the best I have ever tried. From my previous wine tasting experience in southern Europe, this is definitely one of the top. I like how all products shows elegance and thoughts behind the production. Everything from the location, to the host to the presentation is really low key. The tasting is in some unpolished environments, which makes it more romantic and also easy to have a nice chat with others. The location is hidden, but google maps will show you the way. Very high recommendations from Copenhagen.
