Au cours de votre expérience de dégustation personnelle, je vous guiderai à travers le monde distinct des vins bulgares. Bien que la Bulgarie produise du vin depuis 5 000 ans, elle est encore relativement méconnue du reste du monde. Aujourd'hui, une nouvelle génération montante de vignerons bulgares se consacre au métier et apporte une nouvelle attention à notre pays.
Vous dégusterez 5 variétés de raisins locaux uniques à la Bulgarie et uniques au monde: Miskets, Melnik, Mavrud, Gumza et Rubin. De plus, fromages locaux, pain artisanal et eau minérale.
La dégustation a lieu dans l'un des meilleurs magasins de vin de Sofia - Tempus Vini, situé dans une rue commerçante du centre-ville, réputée pour ses restaurants raffinés et ses boutiques. Et à seulement quelques rues du principal boulevard piéton de Sofia.
Pendant la dégustation, je peux vous parler des régions viticoles de Bulgarie, y compris de l'histoire et de la culture viticole de mon beau pays.

Unique good wine experience
As a wine lover who travels the world tasting wine, I was surprised when I found out that Bulgaria makes wine, booked this tour and it was a great introduction to bulgarian wines and a little bit of their history, the tour guide which is also a wine maker is very knowledgeable and introduced me to very unique good wines that you won’t find in any restaurant in Bulgaria or anywhere outside of the country; if you are visiting sofia and like wine this is a must do experience, im definitely going back for some more wine before leaving the country

Highly recommended - Great quality wines
We had an amazing tasting experience with Kalin. The 5 wines were all different and all excellent 👌 We weren't just given the standard mass produced wines found in supermarkets.
The history and description of the terroir for the various regions was really well done. 3 paired cheeses and this was a really great experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
Everything was wonderful. We tasted 5 very good wines, each with its own characteristics.
We were explained about each one separately.
And the cheeses were good.
We even bought some of the wine we tasted, because we couldn't resist.
The host is very nice.

Amazing Wine Testing and Bulgarian Wine Making History
We did the wine testing and it was a great experience. Kalin gave us a super interesting lesson on Bulgarian wine making history, wine testing and cheese paring. We also order several bottles to be delivered to Denmark, and they arrived in little over a week. Great experience, highly recommended.

A magnificent experience...
A magnificent experience to discover the history and geography of Bulgarian wine. After an interesting theoretical introduction, a rich platter of excellent local cheeses follows, accompanied by five tastings of delicious wines from different regions of the country. A couple of these, the most interesting of all, are produced directly by the owner, a very competent and passionate person, able to transmit all his knowledge of the world of wine. A truly recommended experience, especially for those who want to learn more about the Bulgarian wine tradition.

A Little Bit of Wine History
This was such a great experience. The host set it up the table with cheese and glasses and made it comfortable for us to try the wine. He had a powerpoint presentation to go over the history of wine in the area.

An amazing experience!
I enjoy wine, but know little about Bulgarian wines. Calin was the perfect host—providing the history of wine making in Bulgaria as well as the differences in the regional vintages. I highly recommend this experience to boost your knowledge and taste some amazing wines!

Fun and informative experience!
Fun wine tasting. The host was very knowledgeable about Bulgarian wines. We enjoyed trying the 5 wines and sampling the cheeses. It was nice to find out more about Bulgarian winemaking, and the wines tasted great. Highly recommend!

Trust a professional … a great guide to Bulgarian wine
We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Bulgarian wine history from Kalin yesterday and then trying five different Bulgarian wines plus three cheeses. The choice of wines were excellent and we appreciated Kalin’s gentle manner and expertise in this field .
