Notre cave est spécialisée dans la production exclusive de Cartizze : la gamme haut de gamme de Prosecco, et nos vignobles sont cultivés en agriculture biologique. Nous vous proposons une dégustation guidée de nos 4 vins effervescents, avec analyse sensorielle détaillée, pour apprendre à déguster un vin à travers un cours de mini sommelier. Après la dégustation accompagnée d'entrées sucrées et salées, notre visite en plein air vous permettra de découvrir le processus de production et de culture en rencontrant les vignes centenaires de Cartizze, cultivées en agriculture biologique sans produits de synthèse chimique.

Un de nos guides vous accompagnera lors de l'expérience de dégustation qui comprend une brève explication du territoire du Prosecco avec une attention particulière à son Cru, le Cartizze. Suivra une analyse sensorielle de quatre vins mousseux Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze : 1 verre de Cartizze BRUT • 1 verre de Cartizze DRY • 1 verre de Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 verre de Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. Nous continuons à l'extérieur par une visite de la cave et du vignoble biologique où seront illustrées les méthodes de vinification et quelques notions sur l'entretien de la vigne et sur la culture BIO. L’expérience se termine dans notre Point Photo panoramique !

A beautiful experience, friendly and highly skilled staff, the tasting was accompanied by an engaging and very interesting explanation. I recommend this activity, which is a blend of taste and relaxation, immersed in the vineyards of the Pdc Cartizze winery. Congratulations to the staff.
PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.

Beautiful location and their Prosecco was very good, especially the Brut & Extra Dry. 4 wines in the tasting and a light lunch. Just felt that the wines were poured a little quick as we never finished the previous one before the next was poured.
