Notre produit n'est ni pasteurisé ni carbonaté sous pression et ne peut tout simplement pas être comparé à la plupart des marques commerciales. Nous récupérons et réutilisons également toutes nos bouteilles. Le brassage, le conditionnement et l'étiquetage sont tous réalisés par nous - notre produit est fait à la main, 56 bouteilles à la fois. This was a lot of fun! There were 5 of us. The owner made it fun and informative. We tried 4 different types ofKombucha that he makes. Very good! Also 3 different beers and 3 high quality Rums!! He also served little meat pies.
Really good fun. Robin is great company and passionate about kombucha, craft beer and rum. I really love kombucha and learned a lot about the history and process behind it; the scone reveal was fascinating. Craft beer delicious. Rum blew our heads off! No pizza, but tasty locally sourced empanadas which helpfully included veggie options. Totally and thoroughly recommended!
Don’t bother. The place was closed on the day of our tour , waited around for ages and nobody could be bothered to tell us. Absolute shambles. I only gave it one star as I couldn’t give it less.
We tasted all the kombucha on tap while Robin explained his process-which tastes great by the way-and then moved on to beer and rum tasting. He has hundreds of bottles of rum from all over the world and is very knowledgeable about their history and taste. We listened to some great music and ate fresh empanadas. A delightful tasting room/pub/bar in Wellington.
Property was closed on the day ticket was issued. Tried calling the property owner , he never responded.
Thanks to Robin for this amazing experience! Apparently there was some system mistake cuz that day the bar was not supposed to open lol. Anyways, Robin is very kind and still give me a throughout tour about Kombuchas, beers, and rum! He is very dedicated and full of stories. Talking with him is a pleasure. Besides, the kombuchas are really different as he said. Much better and so different from the store ones. More importantly, the kombuchas are homemade! The beers and rum are amazing too. Cant tell which one is more worth it cuz they are all soooo good. Highly recommended!

Robin was very knowledgeable and provided insight and samples to highlight not only the kombucha but his extensive variety of whiskey and rums from around the world.
