The men who put on the group were wonderful as well as the class participants. The class size was small and intimate, allowing someone solo to feel fine. I was able to taste a variety of olive oils and learned about how they acquire there taste.

This olive oil tasting was one of the highlights of our trip to Cordóba. Our host Mara was lovely. She has told as so much about olive oil we didn’t know yet. Super informative, great combo of learning and tasting. Excellent olive oils and some great unexpected combo’s as well. Would 10/10 recommend!

We joined the olive oil tasting and breakfast tour in Córdoba without really knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our time here. Mara, our host, was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. Having grown up on an olive farm, she brings real depth and authenticity to the experience, which comes through in every part of the session. As complete beginners to olive oil tasting, we were surprised by just how much there is to learn and appreciate. The session completely changed the way we think about olive oil — we certainly won’t be looking at supermarket bottles the same way again. To top it all off, Mara included a surprise at the end which we won’t spoil, but it was a truly memorable flavour experience and a perfect way to finish. Beyond the tasting itself, Mara’s passion for Córdoba and its culture really added to the experience. It felt personal, insightful, and genuinely local. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in food, olive oil, healthy living, or Spanish farming and culture. A fantastic and memorable experience.

Adrian was our host and he is an accomplished chef. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was fascinating to hear about different olive oil varieties and about the growing, harvesting and processing.
