Spartak was an amazing guide. He drove us around while chatting and sharing history, fun facts, and stories. He let us customize the trip. It was an efficient way to see the island and still have time to see the town before returning to cruise ship. He picked up right at the port. Super easy.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was truly a pleasure meeting you and showing you around the island. I'm very happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that the flexibility, stories, and local history made the experience special for you. Thank you in return for being such wonderful guests—I enjoyed our time together just as much. Wishing you safe travels and many more great adventures ahead!
I enjoyed the light house the most probably. We had a nice guide and it was great that he picked us up, where we were staying, however I guess that was because we paid a lot of money and it ended up being a private tour just for two. He was very informative and helpful, although some of the places we stopped didn't seem so special. Like a very small dinky church, and a beach which wasn't particularly special. We'd explored some windmills the day before our tour. He took us to see only 1 or 2 wibdmills up close and they weren't as impressive as what we saw on our own. I was pretty happy with the area where he dropped us off for lunch.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you found your guide informative and appreciated the convenience of being picked up directly from your accommodation, we regret that we were unable to provide you with an overall experience that fully met your expectations. We would like to clarify that this is a private tour by design and is never shared with other guests, allowing for a more personalized experience. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are also included as part of the tour. Regarding the churches, chapels, beaches, and other stops, we appreciate your opinion. Mykonos is known primarily for its traditional Cycladic architecture, picturesque chapels, windmills, scenic viewpoints, beaches, and local culture rather than major historical or archaeological attractions. Guests looking for archaeological sites typically visit Delos, which is a separate island accessible by boat. Every traveler experiences Mykonos differently, and while some visitors particularly enjoy the island's iconic chapels and windmills, others prefer the panoramic views, beaches, or the lighthouse. We carefully review all guest feedback and continuously evaluate our tours to ensure we provide the best possible experience. Comments such as yours help us assess our itinerary and make adjustments where appropriate to better reflect our guests' interests and expectations. Thank you again for selecting our tour and for sharing your experience.
We visited Mykonos at the beginning of May (as we were told that it is the best time to see the island at its best with nearly no tourists spoiling the scenery) and had 2 days to explore the island. After checking the reviews we booked the Half-Day Private Tour: Discover Mykonos and I must say it was the best choice we could make. A spotless luxury Mercedes MiniVan picked us up from the hotel and the driver took us in all the must see places (and in some hidden gems as he called them - my top spot was Agios Lazaros where you could see Psarou Beach, Paragka and Platys Gialos Beach panoramicaly). He was kind enough to stop any time we asked to get of the car and take photos. Highly recommend this tour to anyone having only a couple of days in Mykonos and wanting to see as much as possible.
We highly appreciate your detailed review and we happy we were able to customize the tour according to your preferences. Nothing matters more to us than shaping a personalized tour that gives you the absolute best, most meaningful experience of our island.
Marco was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was more than willing to stop wherever and whenever we wished to take pics. We invited him to join us for lunch as he was so personable. Highly recommend using Marco as your travel expert in Mykonos
We cant thank you enough for everything. Thank you for your review and for inviting me to lunch. It was a pleasure sharing that day (and lunch!) with you. Safe travels, and hope to see you again!
We had an amazing 5‑hour tour of Mykonos with our group of friends. The driver showed us all the must‑see spots and shared fascinating stories about the island’s history, culture, and local traditions. We practically did a full 360° of the island, with stops at beautiful beaches and viewpoints perfect for photos. The vehicle was spacious with tinted windows that kept the sunlight out, and the free pickup and return to our villa made everything effortless. A wonderful private experience overall.
Thank you for sharing such a warm review — we’re thrilled you enjoyed the full island experience, the stories, the views, and the comfort along the way. It was a pleasure hosting your group and we’d love to welcome you back for more Mykonos moments.
Marko, took us to all the must sees as well as a few secluded areas with beautiful vistas, but for us the highlight was a delicious lunch at a local restaurant where we shared stories from our travels.
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It is great to know that Marko provided a comprehensive and memorable tour of our beautiful island. We pride ourselves on offering those 'off-the-beaten-path' moments, and we’re delighted the local lunch and storytelling resonated with you. Best regards from the whole team!
You can customize to spend more or less time at places. We chose to stop at a bakery for quick lunch and use washroom. Marcos came in a jeep. Very easy get around. He made sure we visited bf large crowds. Excellent!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a pleasure having you with us in Mykonos. I’m glad you enjoyed the flexibility of the tour and that Marcos helped you make the most of your time by getting you to each spot before the crowds. The bakery stop is always a great choice, too. We truly appreciate you choosing to explore the island with us, and we wish you all the best on the rest of your travels. Safe adventures ahead!
We were a group of 6 (kids and grandparents) arriving by cruise and weren't sure who to book with. After seeing a recommendation on a forum, we reached out. Their response was lightning fast—they specifically asked when our "all aboard" time was to make sure we’d be back safely, which immediately put us at ease. They put together a custom plan that was way better than the standard bus tours. We saw the famous Windmills and Little Venice, but they also took us to these stunning, quiet beaches that felt worlds away from the crowds. Our driver Spartak was a gem—he told us all about how Mykonos grew from a quiet island into a global hotspot. For lunch, they suggested a tiny local taverna. We spent the afternoon eating calamari and sardines, laughing with the locals, and just soaking it in. It was the highlight of our entire cruise and for us that have Greek roots. If you want a unique experience in the day where everyone from age 8 till 80 has fun book them.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. For us, every tour is a shared experience, and knowing your whole family—from kids to grandparents—enjoyed the day is truly the ultimate reward. Spartak will be delighted to hear your kind words. Showing guests both the famous sights and the quiet, authentic side of Mykonos is exactly what we love, and it means a lot that it became a highlight of your cruise, especially with your Greek roots. Thank you for choosing us—we hope to welcome you back to Mykonos again.
We had an incredible day tour in Mykonos! Our driver, Spartak, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience amazing. We managed to see almost the entire island in one day. The Mercedes van was spotless, very comfortable, and they even provided bottled water. Highly recommend for a tour
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! We are thrilled you enjoyed your Mykonos Private Shore Excursion and that Spartak made your Half-Day Island Discovery so memorable. We take pride in our professional drivers and our fleet of clean, comfortable Mercedes vans. It was a pleasure showing you the best of Mykonos—we hope to see you again soon!
We had a wonderful time and our driver Marco was very welcoming and fun. Although not many places we're operating due to off season period Marco took us to see us every beach and to lovely local tavern. We did a full 5 hour tour and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for showing us all the island and sharing so much information from all the places we got to see. The vehicle was spotless clean Mercedes luxury van we even got to play the music we liked.
Thank you for your detailed review we glad you enjoyed our private tour of Mykonos and look forward to seeing you again in summer.
