Very accommodating with a knowledgeable guide. Perl was an excellent guide and accommodated us with a tight dinner reservation. She gave us great tips and recommendations for the rest of our trip!
It was very educational and something fun to do. Jace our tour guy was friendly and protective of his small group. We connected with the others in the group and it ended up being a fun experience.
Even though we had a set itinerary my guide Zee made a few adjustments and took me to a number of very interesting sights based on my interest. She was very knowledgeable about all the places I visited and allowed me the time to really absorb the tons of information. Great driving by Adrian in the Manila traffic! All round, an excellent half day of touring cultural sights in Manila.
Had below average experience with them. Went on half day tour to Intramuros. Was hesitant to book it as it is super hot in Manila at the moment but because they advertised air conditioner vans I thought I would chance it. Van was old and air conditioning did not work. I paid over $179 Aussie and it was the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever gone on. At one point. I felt like I was going to pass out and tour guide suggested I open the window as air conditioning was not working. 37 degrees and humidity off the charts. Way over priced for what it is and for the experience that I got. Didn’t have any iced water in vehicle or anything like that. Tour guide Perl was lovely and knowledgeable. I picked them for their a/c vans. Everyone is telling me I should be asking for a refund. A lot of money for below average experience. I would have been better off getting a cab to and from the attraction and just reading the signs.
Our gude Perl and driver Francis were great. We had a medical emergency during our tour and they helped us through it. They stayed with us the whole time and still were able to show us a good tour. Really thankful for the driver and guide that we were lucky enough to have. Recommend these two to anyone looking for an interesting tour of Manila
We booked the half-day Manila Heritage tour and had a really enjoyable and informative experience. The itinerary covered several key landmarks including Rizal Park, Intramuros, Manila Cathedral, Casa Manila, and Fort Santiago. Each stop gave great insight into the history and culture of Manila, and we came away learning quite a bit. Our guides, Alberto and Ralph, were excellent—friendly, patient, and especially attentive to my 85-year-old mother. She was able to participate in about half of the tour before the heat became too much, and they made sure she was comfortable resting in the vehicle while we continued. There are also various vendors along the way offering beverages, snacks, and souvenirs, which was a nice convenience during the tour. This tour does involve a fair amount of walking, so comfortable shoes are a must. Also be prepared for the heat, especially if traveling with older family members. Overall, a well-organized tour with knowledgeable guides, definitely worth doing if you want a meaningful introduction to Manila’s history.
The half-day Intramuros tour this morning was excellent from start to finish. The pace was just right: well-organized, relaxed, and never rushed, which made it easy to fully enjoy each stop. The group was also great, making the whole experience even more pleasant. Special thanks to our guide, John, who was incredibly friendly and approachable throughout. His explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to follow, which really helped bring the history of Intramuros to life. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable tour. Highly recommended.
We toured on a Monday and found out that Museums are closed on Mondays! We were not given any refunds for paid museum tickets
Nona was great - attentive, knowledgeable, conversive. The old fort was historic. The cemetery unusual.
Marco was a very knowledgeable guide and in just under 3 hours the main points of historic Manila were visited.
