Brilliant experience! Our guide DJ JD was so much fun and took the hosting to another level! We were there for a 16 th birthday treat so age range 11 to nearly 50! Our amazing host kept us all engaged and laughing throughout . He helped us along the way . The games were all brilliant and some more then one could play . It felt just like the real show! Running through the different zones was cool and the grand finally in the dome to collect the tickets and post them was exhilarating ! Would def recommend we had the best time! Our host made it even better by his humour and kindness throughout . A great team building, high energy and feel good experience ! Highly recommend. We would def do it again 🤗

Our guide was called Jason she was fantastic she “ read the room perfectly “ we were just two participants ( mum and daughter ) quite reserved but up for it .. teamed with 4 other people “.. at first glance .. young intelligent.. hard to read didn’t make eye contact “ … however Jason was fantastic and knew how to pull us all together … after two games we were all invested in each other .. just goes to show first impressions not always right ! I am an older person but I lived in the 80s .. so grew up with no internet I know how to mingle ! My daughter was the brains but very reserved and shy … We were fortunate to be paired with such a lovely mixed group who I felt absolutely warmed to us and they were so welcome and supportive… and we ended up being equal in the crystals we managed to get .. fantastic host and don’t be shy being put with people you don’t know if in a smaller group ! The host brings you together perfectly… well done crystal maze London

I booked the experience for a friend's stag do and everyone on it had a fantastic time! It encapsulated the magic of the original show. We were guided around the maze by the ToyMaster who brought the maze to life; she had infectious enthusiasm and a wry sense of humour. There were 16 challenges (2 per player) of varying difficulty for our team to face followed by the crystal dome. Afterwards my friends and I were able to decompress in the bar area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would the crystal maze experience to others. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time at the Crystal Maze! The theming and attention to detail on the games and running tween zones was fantastic! We were expecting a lot after the great reviews and it exceeded our expectations! Our Game master Stu was fantastic as well and really elevated the experience! We would highly recommend it!!

My son purchased a voucher for “The Crystal Maze Live Experience for 2 in London” as a Christmas present for me. I booked for myself & my husband & we arrived at the venue at our selected date & time to take part. We were paired together with a team of 3, which were a couple & their adult daughter. I was a bit nervous at the thought of having to complete the different tasks with strangers to be honest, but our blended team of 5 had Robbie as our host & he was excellent at making us feel relaxed so we enjoyed the experience . There are multiple challenges in each of the zones & Robbie seemed to pick ones suited to our group. He kept everyone really well engaged, and ensured that everyone had fun. We had an absolutely amazing time & managed to win 12 crystals in total & managed to get 136 tokens in the Crystal Dome. We thoroughly recommend anyone to have a go at this experience, even if you have never see the TV show. We will definitely be returning again in the future, with friends this time. P.S Also thanks to our “blended” team mates you also helped make the experience as fun & enjoyable as it was. 😊

This is an absolute must for anyone who grew up with and loved the tv show. Our host Saski was fantastic for the role of leading us through the maze. He was enthusiastic and a lot of fun making it a really enjoyable experience. The different zones and games were just as I remember and the children loved winning crystals as much as we did. The pinnacle is getting to go inside the crystal dome and collect the tokens. 100% recommend doing this when in London.
