Maison d'artistes Khlong Bang Luang En glissant dans le canal, vous apercevrez la maison d'artistes Khlong Bang Luang - une ancienne maison en bois excentrique qui est devenue une plaque tournante pour la créativité et la vie locale. Pensez aux peintures murales de street art, aux spectacles de marionnettes traditionnels et à une touche de couleur au bord de l'eau. Niché à l'écart des lieux touristiques les plus fréquentés de Bangkok, ce temple royal est un véritable trésor caché. Construit et restauré sous le règne du roi Rama III, il est célèbre pour avoir mélangé le design thaïlandais et chinois de la manière la plus accrocheuse - toits en tuiles colorées, décorations en céramique détaillées et pavillons élégants. Contrairement aux temples bondés du centre-ville, Wat Ratcha Orasaram est calme et paisible, vous donnant l'espace pour ralentir, regarder autour de vous et profiter des détails. À l’intérieur, vous trouverez de belles peintures murales et de nombreux coins parfaits pour des photos tranquilles. C'est un endroit où l'histoire, l'art et la sérénité se rejoignent, ce qui en fait l'une de ces expériences secrètes à Bangkok qui manquent à la plupart des voyageurs

Had an amazing two hour long boat trip with Som today. Saw a unique side of life in Bangkok, it is so peaceful, green and beautiful on the canals. Loved visiting the artists house, so much to see and do. Also got to see large lizards, an egret, and so many carp! As well learnt about, and saw, a traditional but evolving river based way of life. Som was so knowledge about Thailand's history, culture and religion, and a pleasure to have as a guide. I learnt a lot and had a great time. The Wat we visited at the end was very quiet and local, but still stunningly beautiful, and people were very friendly. Can't recommend this tour highly enough.
