Toutes nos courses à pied sont spécialement conçues pour vous. Cette visite de 8 km est privée, spécialement conçue et personnalisée (avec départ depuis votre domicile). Nous sélectionnons les meilleurs itinéraires à Paris au départ de votre domicile. Chaque visite est unique ! Vous courrez en compagnie d'un guide sympathique, un vrai Parisien, fin connaisseur de la ville et coureur expérimenté, passionné par sa ville. De manière décontractée, il partagera sa connaissance de Paris, de son évolution, de sa culture, de ses arts, de ses secrets et de sa vision personnelle de la ville... C'est également un guide expérimenté dans le domaine des circuits de course à pied (nous sommes la première agence de circuits de course à pied à Paris depuis 2008). Vous découvrirez Paris en profondeur et en apprendrez à connaître de nombreux aspects. Tout ça, avec le plaisir de courir ! Nous nous adapterons entièrement à votre rythme, à vos envies et à vos capacités. Nos circuits s'adressent à tous les niveaux, des débutants aux marathoniens (avec de nombreux arrêts en cours de route). Ce guide vous donnera également de nombreux conseils pour votre séjour. Vous repartirez avec de superbes photos de vous à Paris (vous pouvez demander au guide de vous prendre en photo autant de fois que vous le souhaitez).

Admirer la vue sur l'Opéra, découvrir tous les grands changements intervenus au XIXe siècle
Courir le long de la rivière et profiter de tous les sites touristiques en chemin, tout en écoutant les nombreuses explications fournies par le guide pendant la course
Une balade à travers tous les sites remarquables de cette île centrale, ponctuée de nombreuses haltes pour découvrir la riche histoire de ce lieu (la Conciergerie, la Sainte-Chapelle, le Palais de Justice, Notre-Dame, le Marché aux fleurs, l'Hôtel-Dieu, la Préfecture de police, ...)
Admirer ce magnifique bâtiment et découvrir son histoire
Selon l'endroit où vous vous trouvez, nous verrons la tour Eiffel de très près ou de loin. On peut voir la tour Eiffel depuis de nombreux endroits.
Courir sur les Champs-Élysées et apprendre
Découvrir l'Hôtel des Invalides, un lieu chargé d'histoire
En admirant ce lieu chargé d'histoire et tous les magnifiques sites qui l'entourent : cour, jardin, galeries...
Selon l'itinéraire que nous aurons établi sur mesure, il se peut que nous passions devant ce magnifique parc

Découvrir le plus ancien pont de Paris (comme c'est le cas pour bien d'autres ponts)
En fonction de votre itinéraire personnalisé et de l'heure de la journée, si le Petit Palais est ouvert, nous pourrons peut-être faire une petite visite de ce magnifique bâtiment.

This was my second tour with Paris Running Tours and can't wait to come back for another! Jean-Charles is a passionate Parisian and runner. He takes time to create a route, and he prints information on all the stops you make along the way to take home to reference. The running tour gives such a different perspective on Paris than other tours I've taken. I would rate this higher if I could.

I'm Isabella and I'm a colleague of Jean Charles. I also do professional running tours in the city of Rome with ArcheoRunning. We always promised each other that we would do something together in Paris and we finally succeeded! I know Paris quite well, but with JC the running tour was further enriched with anecdotes, stories and lots of laughter. We confronted each other in noticing the similarities between Rome and Paris and it made me see some truly unique places, including the Wolf celebrating the twinning between the two cities! My running tour of Paris with Jean-Charles was one of the highlights of my recent trip. He is an amazing tour guide and I learned more in our two hours than I would have ever expected! We made a lot of stops for pictures and to check out the local attractions. I would highly recommend this tour and will hopefully be traveling back to Paris so I can book another one!

This was a highlight of my trip. I was in Europe for business and I just had a short time to see Paris. I stayed a little north of the city but the tour was able to be tailored to me and still hit the big highlights. I was also picked up from my hotel which made everything so easy! The pace was matched to mine and there were plants of stops so it was the perfect balance of running and sightseeing! Highly recommended, JC was great. You won’t regret this.
