Tickets for Machu Picchu should be purchased by yourself. The organizer cannot purchase tickets. When you arrive in Machu Picchu, you get the money you paid for the ticket in advance back in cash from the tour guide. Then you have to buy the ticket yourself. It may be that no more tickets are available.

I booked the tour directly with Carlos after a friend’s recommendation. He did an amazing job organizing it for me and my family. My dad has accessibility needs and walks with a walker. Carlos was very helpful accommodating him and so was his guide Giovanna who was very patient with us as he did the circuit 2 slowly. Carlos was very clear with whats included and whats not included and I appreciated his transparency.
