Cette expérience se déroule à la Casa di Alessio, une vraie maison milanaise, pas un studio ou une école de cuisine. Vous êtes invités dans un appartement habité où j’accueille de petits groupes (max 8 invités) pour une soirée détendue et personnelle axée sur le partage de nourriture, de conversation et de temps ensemble. Il n'y a pas de style d'enseignement formel ou de performance, c'est juste une véritable expérience culinaire italienne maison. Vous pouvez cuisiner activement des raviolis et des tiramisù faits à la main à partir de zéro, ou simplement profiter de regarder, déguster et faire partie du moment. L'atmosphère est volontairement lente et sociale, plus comme être accueilli comme un invité à une table de dîner que d'assister à un cours. Tout se passe à Cimiano, un quartier résidentiel calme loin des zones touristiques, offrant un côté plus authentique de Milan que la plupart des visiteurs ne voient jamais. Il ne s’agit pas d’apprendre des techniques, mais de vivre une soirée à l’italienne : autour d’une table, avec de la bonne nourriture, du vin et de la conversation.

Simply amazing! It was the best evening in Milan. It was absolutely incredible—words can’t describe it. I highly recommend it to everyone!
We were a couple who booked on the day we were just us. Three pleasant hours. We were allowed to do everything from scratch and there was a very cozy atmosphere and one had a quiet and quiet evening in a private home, with good talk about Italy and their traditions. Allesio was a quiet and quiet and fun host. Where you felt comfortable.
We were a group of six and spent an amazing evening with Alessio in a beautiful apartment in Milan, cooking and enjoying incredible food together. From the welcome aperitif with fresh focaccia and great sparkling wine to the homemade pasta and tiramisu, everything was absolutely delicious. Alessio is a fantastic host, welcoming, relaxed, and passionate about what he does. The atmosphere throughout the evening was outstanding and we laughed a lot, learned something new, and felt completely at home. A truly special experience and an absolute recommendation for anyone visiting Milan.
There were six of us at Alessio's beautiful apartment in Milan for cooking and dining together, and we had an unforgettable evening. My friend and I joined Alessio at his home to make ravioli and tiramisu, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome with his friendly and fun personality. The experience felt authentic and relaxed, more like cooking with friends than taking a class. The ravioli were amazing and the tiramisu was absolutely delicious. We had such a great time cooking, chatting, and sharing the meal together.
