Venez nous rejoindre sur l'eau, créez des souvenirs et des séances de photos qui dureront toute une vie sur le navire le plus photographié du port de la célèbre île du crabe. Rien ne sera comparable aux sourires et aux vagues que vous obtiendrez en naviguant dans le port de Destin sur les bateaux Tiki Bar originaux en route vers Crab Island. Une fois sur place, votre capitaine jettera l'ancre et l'échelle de bain pour que vous profitiez d'une véritable expérience Destin. Nous fournissons une glacière, de la glace, des tasses/verres à liqueur, des ouvre-bouteilles et de l'eau en bouteille. Nous avons également des flotteurs pour vous, mais vous êtes libre d'apporter les vôtres car nous avons des pompes à bord. Apportez vos propres boissons et collations et régalez-vous! Nous ne servons ni ne vendons d'alcool et il est illégal d'acheter ou de recevoir de l'alcool sur Crab Island. Vous êtes invités à apporter les vôtres et les bouteilles en verre sont acceptables!

Selon l'ADA, les animaux d'assistance pour le soutien émotionnel, la thérapie, le confort ou la compagnie ne sont pas considérés comme des animaux d'assistance. L'invité nécessitant l'animal d'assistance doit être en possession de l'animal en tout temps. En raison de la nature des visites de Crab Island, l'invité et l'animal d'assistance peuvent être tenus de rester sur le bateau pendant toute la durée de la visite. Ceci afin d'assurer la sécurité de l'invité ainsi que celle de l'animal d'assistance, de la faune de Destin, des autres invités, du capitaine et de l'équipage.
- Si le capitaine doit annuler le voyage en raison de la météo, un remboursement complet sera effectué ou la réservation sera modifiée si possible.
- Si vous arrivez pour votre voyage en état d'ébriété excessive, vous ne serez pas autorisé à monter à bord du navire si le capitaine considère que votre état présente un risque pour la sécurité.

Our reservation was originally confirmed for 3:30 PM. On July 1, less than seven days before our scheduled excursion, we were contacted and informed that our reservation had been affected due to your company overbooking by 11 passengers. We were advised that our original reservation could not be honored. Because this notification occurred outside of your stated seven-day cancellation/refund policy, we were left with virtually no reasonable alternatives. Rather than canceling altogether, we reluctantly accepted the only available option offered to us a 9:00 AM reservation in an effort to salvage our plans. Afterward, we were informed that the change was due to staffing shortages, specifically that two captains had emergencies. While we certainly understand that emergencies occur, those circumstances are operational issues that should not be transferred to paying customers. What is especially concerning is that your company is now denying our refund request by citing the same seven-day refund policy that your company itself was unable to comply with. Had we been notified more than seven days in advance, we would have had the opportunity to make other arrangements or cancel under your policy. Instead, your company notified us after that deadline had already passed, eliminating our ability to make an informed decision. It is fundamentally unfair to enforce a policy against customers when the company’s own actions prevented compliance with that policy. A refund policy is intended to protect both parties not to penalize customers for circumstances entirely outside of their control.
It was such an amazing time and experience! on time, shore level play, & the captain was amazing 10/10
It is money well spent , Mike was our captain and he did a wonderful job, he helped my wife forget about his fear of ocean, spot he picked was extremely easy to walk around , every move we maid, he was there to help, he gave us an amazing amount of information regarding the waters around there , dos and donts sound the waters of the bay, I will go back again and will ask for him .

It was my second excursion on a tiki boat. The first being in Gulf Shores with the same company. They were both such a great time and I will go again next time I have the chance! The only complaint I have really about this last trip was that because it was just my adult daughter and I we were cruising with others who were super nice and fun but our captain let them have total control over the music we listened to for 3 hours. I did ask several times to at least let us play what we were in the mood for awhile but I was totally ignored. I paid just as much as everyone else did to enjoy all the services they offered including making à play list of music. I mean at least give us 15 minutes of music every hour. That would have been great. I will definitely be back but music to me is a huge part of setting the mood for certain experiences and I'll make sure I won't be listening to Captain and Tenille on the next tiki boat 😊
Had a great time, thank you Houston.. would recommend 1000 times over. Water was great, weather was awesome. Dolphins were an added bonus.
