Waiting in the Sun for Almost Two Hours
The boat tour itself was okay. We cruised up and down the Thames, and there was a commentary throughout the journey. It was only available in English, which was fine for us, although several different languages had been advertised. The main problem was the incredibly long queue. We waited for almost two hours, most of the time in the blazing sun, as only part of the waiting area was covered. Normally, we would have given up, but we kept hoping that we would eventually get on board. Boarding the boat itself also took an extremely long time. We expected this procedure to be repeated at every stop. However, at the other stops, boarding was actually quite quick. Of course, it can be assumed that the passengers boarding there had simply waited just as long as we did at the first stop. The tour was cheap, but you effectively paid for it with your time. That is exactly the wrong priority if you only have a weekend in London. For this reason, I absolutely cannot recommend this tour.

The pick up was late, but once there everything was smooth and pleasant

Lovely day out/last minute trip
Was a last minute trip, when my son was looking for things for us to do. We was able to get a pretty good deal and was worth it. It was beautiful to see London from Thames. Would definitely do this trip again with my son or alone. Was able to sit at the top too, which was even more amazing. A 10 out 10 little trip.

City Cruise
The trip was ok, but in the boat there was no AC so all suffered from the hot day , lot of passengers came downstairs as it was open top and was very hot , but when coming downstairs the heating was same as there was no AC ,
