Disappointed as they did not show up to pick us up and when we called the operator was less than helpful. Gave us wrong info and then blamed us. We already were prepared for not getting what we paid for due to ‘operations issue’. Now trying to get a refund is challenging.

Terrible company, don't bother booking with them! After we booked that messaged they had to change our tour to something else. Different tour we didn't want. After looking better at the reviews on GYG I noticed other people had the same issue, very likely a way to force tourists to take the unpopular tours they can't fill... Such a scam... Don't waste your time, there are agencies in Santorini at literally every corner and you can book the same tour for cheaper without such problems.

MTM are highly disorganised. Had to pay for a taxi to The Old Port in Santorini after they had not collected us as promised. Know one picks the phone up. Unprofessional what’s upp message only. Truly awful experience. When we got to the harbour,no confirmation had come through we were booked. Even though we had paid. They let us on because of our E Mail. Every one else had printouts ready for them with booking details confirming the booking. Awful customer service.

Flexibility in rescheduling. The events were as described. Pick up and drop off included for guests in different locations

I thought you would get more than a half hour to go into the hotspring. There was like more than 100 people on a boat and it was cramped. Not what I expected. Not worth the time or money. Late picking us up. And it was a long hike. 1.5km straight up hill. Would have like to snorkle or swim but no time. I would not recommend especially if you have small children.

This review is really for the operator, MTM, instead of the activity itself. I got two emails days apart before the activity with different pickup points, so tried to call up and also sent an email for clarification; there was no response to either. Fortunately, our hotel was only 1 min from the second pickup point where they were not aware of any pickups, so we were at the first pickup point at the designated time, but no driver. When I called the contact number again, the lady who responded was speaking in Greek! I asked somebody else to talk to her whereupon we were told the bus had left and we have to make our way down to the port and get on the tour by ourselves. Funny thing was that even before we were halfway there, an email came to say we were a no-show and have forfeited our payment. I complained back that the driver never came the whole time. Truth to tell, this review would have been a 1-star if they hadn't finally offered a 50% refund of the amount we paid. Don't book this activity online. Pickups are unreliable (there was another couple waiting for another company; not sure what happened to them). Go to the port and book personally yourself.

What a great day on the open water! Our guide Gabriel was great, never rushing anyone, really friendly and shared information in English, Spanish and Italian so that everyone could learn about the region. Vassili our captain was extremely skillful with the boat and took us as close as possible to some of the volcanic formations. His knowledge about the area and the recommendations he gave us to visit were highly appreciated and turned out to be amazing!! If you don’t mind larger group tours, then you should definitely look into this one.
