This is a long day trip but you cant go wrong with Como and Switzerland. It’s totally worth the time. Temperatures were low in St Moritz so dress warmly. Our guide Carolina MG was phenomenal and managed all the activities and group phenomenally. I would highly recommend this tour and above all Carolina. Would def say hi to her when i am in Milano area next.
Cruising on Lake Como and travelling by the Bernina express are both dreams....and this trip brings them together beautifully. A day well spent- marvelling at the beautiful sights each place has to offer. Would recommend bringing a pullover for St. Moritz as it gets slightly chilly.
Thank you for such a beautiful description of your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that the combination of Lake Como and the Bernina Express made your day so special. It truly is a unique journey, and we’re delighted that you were able to enjoy the stunning scenery and create lasting memories along the way. We hope to welcome you again for another unforgettable experience in the future! Best, Serena
Great team :travel guide and drivers. Very informative and interesting trip. It was very nice boat trip on lake Como , train trip trough the Swiss and walking trip in St. Moritz.
It is an experience that should be done if you are in the area, with stunning landscapes, unforgettable.
Everything was so organized and our guide Marco was very experienced and very kind. We loved everything about it. I would recommend this to anybody.
Great experience travelling with the group of 23 people, this trip is highly recommended! Our driver is very accurate with the tour guide Robert. He is well informed of the surroundings.
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 We’re really happy to hear that you had a great experience with the group and that you enjoyed both our driver and Robert’s guidance throughout the tour. To be honest, while reading your review, we were trying to figure out where we lost the other 2 stars 😄 If there’s anything we could have done better, we’d truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving. We hope to welcome you again on another trip soon!
It was a great experience. Totally enjoyable. The various modes of transportation were all comfortable. The scenery was spectacular. All in all a great day.
We booked this day trip which started at 7:15, we were late so they waited a few minutes. It’s very long - the lake como part could really be missed yes the views are nice, but aside from half an hour time free time you don’t get much time to explore, the train trip was lovely! It’s really hard to find time to eat breakfast/ lunch and no eating was allowed on the bus. Do take water, and some snacks for stops, maybe even sandwiches as certain shops even in st Moritz are closed 1-3pm. Remember to buy your Swiss chocolate! Defo worth it. All in all nice trip would have been nice to stop at the top for photo ops but never happened. It’s a bit 2.5 hours there and back by bus, so it’s a 13 /14 hour trip - so one to consider before booking. You will have sound sleep once back at your hotel!
Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear that, overall, you enjoyed the experience. Concerning the aspects about the lenght of the itinerary, given the nature of this full-day tour, the schedule may seem quite tight. We mainly want to allow you to see and experience as many highlights as possible across these spectacular locations, and to fill the day with memorable moments. We understand that this can sometimes impact the overall experience. We will definitely take your observations into consideration. We hope to welcome you again on another experience in the future! Serena
The views were beautiful and it was a nice way to see the swiss alps and lake como. However the day felt disorganized and rushed. Many times we were told not to stop for pictures walking to/ from destinations with beautiful views. And we were not told when bathroom or food stops would be. For example we did not know how long the train ride would be or if it served food. So while the train ride did have a bathroom after we got off the train we found out we only had 15 minutes in a town to buy something from a cafe to use their bathroom when there were 2 tours there at the same time with over 60 people trying to use one bathroom stall. Only after getting back on the bus we were told we had a 3 hour drive back to Milan. The day felt very rushed and chaotic with most of it feeling preventable if the day and timing had been more laid out. We did 4 other tours while in Italy and this was our least favorite. I would only recommend this one if the goal is to see the alps and lake como.
Long trip, but great views on the lakes and in the mountains and great guides.
