First of all, tour guide was absolutely excellent. Very intelligent and imparted his knowledge really well and took his responsibility for looking after us very seriously. Otherwise , a pretty poor experience all in all. The waterfalls are nice but it's so small I would barely call it a waterfall. The market; horrendous experience....harassed and pressured at every opportunity and there's really only so much a person can take of the same slimey chat up lines. The boat trip - in itself quite pleasant however the atmosphere and overall feel of it was trying to milk as much money out of the punters as possible. At one point while attempting to buy photos taken with a parrot the man attempted to rip me off. (I had already checked the prices of the items I was trying to buy and the price he gave was higher). Man was not happy when I called him on it which shows they're not really interested in you as people, just want your money.

Done this for my girlfriends birthday and what a waste of a day, 45 mins up a river 1 hour on a beach and 45 mins back up the river... they tell you the waterfalls are included in the price but actually you have to pay extra to do this. It was so bad we decided to pay €17 to leave early and get a taxi back to the hotel! I’m not one for leaving back reviews but this was genuinely a waste of a day! They also forced us into doing a photo shoot that no one on the boat wanted to do and tried to pressure us into buying the pictures because they had already printed them out. Stay well clear
