Booked a full day tour including a boat cruise and tour of Dolmabahce Palace. Driver never showed up. I tried calling the tour operator and only got a busy signal. Eventually I got a message on WhatsApp telling me they missed my booking and the driver wasn’t picking me up. I’m currently waiting for a refund. I went to Dolmabahce Palace on my own. I think the tour spends an hour there, but I spent three hours and could have stayed longer. You’re better going on your own and getting the free audio guide, which is extremely comprehensive.
Dear, we tried a lot to get you but we couldn't because your hotel had a very difficult location. It would be waste of too much time to pick you up and we had other guests waiting in the vehicle. We reported this to you on whatsapp and we refunded all your money.

My friend and I booked two Full Day Tours with Turista Travel.One was to Princes Islands and the other Bosphorus and Two Continents.Both tours were well organised.We were picked up right on time at our Hotel.Very comfortable Mini Bus.Lunch at Camlica Hill was very nice. Also the fish lunch at Buyukada Island.Necat the tour guide was very informative.I would book with this Company again the next time Iam in Istanbul.

<p>Great places to see, the lunch at camlica hill was great, but the guide was not good, too much focussed on the price of the houses by the Bosphours, or how many milliosn that were spent by the sultans, not in a historical point of view. At the end it was occuring a big match at Besiktas stadium, there is a high level of security in place and all the roads and streets were blocked by the police. So to leave Dolmabahce Palace we were going round in circles , going up and going down the city hills by foot. When we could reach the van after almost 2 hours walking , the traffic was terrible. The travel agency should know what was going to happen, and just cancel the tour or made it only during half a day , or changing the order of the visits.</p>
