Pleasant little boat tour that allows to see the city from another angle, the guide knew how to answer all our questions and was very invested, he took us through the castle gardens arriving what we certainly would not have done alone. The Zoo is large with a great diversity of animals however we were able to visit it in one afternoon. The bus included for the return, we had no worries on the way.
Thank you for your feedback, I will let your guide know. Fun in Prague Team
I have two kids under ten. Despite the crowds, we were able to easily find our guide, Vojta. After a quick walk to the boat, we took a nice ride down the river. Vojta got us drinks and shared some interesting facts along the way. After another scenic walk, we got to the zoo easily. Vojta gave us instructions for getting home, then we said our goodbyes and explored the zoo. This tour went as expected, and I don’t have any complaints.
Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed it! Fun in Prague team
My girl friend loves boats and zoos. Thought this might be a great idea, what a mistake. Went to to the Riverside a day early tried to book tickets, got told to come back tomorrow. Tried 3 times. Don't waste your money, our hotel booked a more reliable taxi.
Hello, I am little confused by your review and the way you describe the situation. Fun in Prague Team
This trip was really good value for money! The meeting point and our guide were really easy to find. Our guide was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the history of Prague. The boat trip was great and the zoo was huge! Would definitely recommend.
Thank you for a nice review. Fun in Prague Team
This is advertised as a guided river cruise and entry to Prague zoo There is no river cruise . And no guide . Thr guide accompanies your on a transportation boat along the river to the zoo . There is no commentary . There is refreshment ( no snacks as was advertised). If you want to go to the zoo it’s far cheaper to just book the boat and zoo yourself . Boat costs 390 krone per person and zoo 250 krone per person total 1280 krone for 2 people . This tour cost 2480 krone . So an extra 1000 krone for nothing
Thank you for your feedback, the guide should be there to provide you with commentary, also the snacks should be included. I wish that you would mention guides name so I can check this more. Fun in Prague Team
I thought it was going to be more of a tour. I really didn't need a guide to get me on a tram or a boat. I could have done that myself.
Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you were not satisfied. Fun in Prague Team
It was a very nice trip, with a great guide!! All wonderful, very interesting, great boat trip, beautiful zoo! We would love to come back:-)!
Thank you for a nice review, I will make sure that Jitka (the guide) knows about it. Fun in Prague Team
The boat was very casual to the Praha zoo that had drinks and snacks. The zoo itself was expansive and wonderful! Def bring good walking shoes.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you again soon in Prague! Fun in Prague Team

The river boat trip unfortunately was a huge waste of time. It took more than an hour to get to the zoo during which almost 30 mins were spent waiting at the various locks along the river. We could have gone to the zoo ourselves instead of this.

Zoo was amazing and a little bit hard to find, so worth the tour guide for that. However the boat and zoo ticket cost 330Kč, so effectively you pay 20 each for the tour guide.
If you look into it, you could definitely do this trip yourself and save yourself some money, also the boat takes 75 minutes plus a 15 minute walk to the zoo the other end so we didn't reach the zoo until about 2pm. It's the largest zoo in Europe, so we definitely could have done with arriving earlier!
Glad we did it, but would just do it ourselves if we were to book again red metro line followed by bus 112.
