This particular booking makes if sound like its for kids. There is absolutely nothing special for the kids. You are with the general population. You’re not told to get snacks before you board so you find out thinking you’d get it on the ride, but no. So they are hungry and thirsty. This booking is to make it seem like your family is targeted to have a unique experience. If they were honest it would say, “pick up box of snacks and head to the boat with everyone else who booked a ticket.” That would be more honest. I hate feeling like this. And this is dishonest.
Hello Annie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations and that you and your family felt disappointed during your cruise. We understand how important it is for families to have clear information and to feel that the experience matches what was expected when booking. We regret any confusion regarding the family aspect of the activity and the available food and drink options. We always aim to provide accurate information before departure, and we are sorry if the details of the experience were not clear enough in this case. This type of situation is exceptional, and many families enjoy discovering Paris with us, but we appreciate your comments as they help us improve the way we communicate our offers. We would be happy to welcome you again and offer you another experience that better matches your expectations, perhaps a private 3-hour Paris minivan tour, which allows families to discover the city at their own pace, or a Seine cruise with a different atmosphere to enjoy Paris’s most iconic views. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme
Great experience with the family! 3 kids age 9,7,5. We missed the 17:15 cruise due to a bridge closing, but easily got on the 17:45 train with no problem. The snack box was great for the kids and made the cruise even more fun! Great to avoid the candy bar! Highly recommend
Dear Sarah, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that you and your family had such a great time on board. We are pleased that, despite missing your initial departure due to circumstances beyond your control, you were able to join the next cruise smoothly and enjoy the experience without any issues. It is especially lovely to know that the snack box was a hit with your children and helped make the cruise even more enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you as well for your recommendation. Creating memorable moments for families visiting Paris is something we are truly passionate about. We hope to welcome you again soon, perhaps on our Canal Saint-Martin and Seine cruise or during a guided excursion to Versailles for another unforgettable family adventure. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme.

The river cruise itself is Nice. Tour guide vives fun facs of the monuments and places you’re seeing. I’m not giving the five stars because no one informs where you should pick up the snacks. When we got out we asked twice and was told tu e Items should be collected in the snack bar. No one was there and no one came after we waited. They shouldnt promote the snacks then
Thank you for your feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the cruise and the guide’s commentary. We’re sorry about the confusion regarding the snack collection. The snacks are provided through a designated pickup point, and we regret that the instructions were not clear on the day of your visit. Your comments will be shared with our team to help improve communication for future guests.
Great experience. Did this with 5 kids of various ages and their 5 accompanying adults. The host fluidly switched between English and French. She is so talented! The ride is an hour long and in a cooler day that was plenty. Visitors booking is the only problem— it kept asking for address compensation but there is no place to put that so I could generate the tickets. Luckily the tour operators are very used to it and didn’t even blink an eye. Fyi, if you are running late just wait for the next one, they run them every 15 or 30 min so it’s not a long wait!
Dear Sahar, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are truly delighted to hear that you and your group had such a great experience together. It means a lot to us that our host’s ability to switch seamlessly between English and French helped make your visit even more enjoyable. We will be sure to pass along your kind words to her, she will be thrilled! At France Tourisme, we love creating moments that can be shared across generations, and it is always a pleasure to know that families leave with happy memories. We also appreciate you highlighting the booking issue and your understanding, your note will certainly help future travelers feel reassured. If you are planning another visit, we would love to welcome you again on one of our experiences, such as a magical excursion to Mont Saint Michel or a relaxing Seine dinner cruise with a view of the Eiffel Tower, both are unforgettable ways to discover the beauty of France. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme
It was a last-minute, same-day booking. Plenty of space on the boat for us to park the stroller. Snacks (small pastries, bottled juice for kids or hot drinks for adults) helped to calm the kids during the 1-hour cruise. Guide talked about 2/3rd of the journey - simple explanation with bits of humour. We also googled additional info that we were curious about. Terminal at the beautiful Pont Neuf - you can enjoy the area after the cruise.
Dear Customer, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that your last-minute booking turned into such an enjoyable experience for you and your family. We are glad that the space on board made it easy to accommodate your stroller and that the snacks and drinks helped keep the children happy during the cruise. It is also great to know that you appreciated the guide’s clear and light-hearted commentary, as well as the opportunity to explore further at your own pace. Ending the cruise near Pont Neuf is indeed a lovely way to continue discovering Paris, and we are happy you made the most of it. Kind regards, Alice de France Tourisme
