The tour guide, Dillon, was so knowledgeable and made the presentation fun.
Parking is the only difficult part of the day. Even with a SpotHero spot the parking is confusing.
Treated our young friend to a day in Chicago starting with this river cruise. The tour was terrific, the guide was amazing- learned so much about the buildings along the river. Unfortunately after an hour I had to seek a/c for our young friend below deck. It was very difficult to hear the narrative and of course, there was no ability to see the buildings (no fault of the guide). Wish they would have a camera on the front of the boat that was positioned so that you could see the buildings if you were in the lower deck. I can see why it is rated so highly! They did stop several times for “cooling and hydration breaks” for passengers. They also had ASL team members for the entire cruise alongside the guide. The tour did a super job considering the brutal heat! We will try it again…when it is cooler out!

It's a great experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide. There are buildings that you cannot see from the street.
Our tour guide Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. Her enthusiasm added to a thoroughly enjoyable drift down the three branches of the Chicago river. The sights were epically framed by the gorgeous Chicago architecture. Took more pictures than I can count and came away with a renewed appreciation for American architecture. Worth the price, even in today's economy.
The night tour at 8:30 was beautiful. The lights made it an nice touch. The seats are made for easily looking up, but I found them uncomfortable.
Took the sunset tour with Sam as our guide. Fun tour with great scenery and some history to go with it. Add a cocktail or two and it was a great tour.
Best Architectural tour in Chicago! Liam was the most fantastic funny and knowledgeable tour guide. There is a bar for drinks and chips on board. The views are stunning - recommend the night time cruise so that the sun is set on your ride back - the city looks amazing!!
This was our favorite part of our 1st visit to Chicago. Will do it again when we return, and every time after, too. Don't see how it could get old. Easy to find, clear directions, friendly and professional staff. Big shout-out to our guide, Sam S., who is an urban planning grad student at UI-Chicago. His tour was full of interesting facts & information and presented with passion & humor. Don't miss this unique introduction to Chicago!
