Au Wat Nang Chee Chotikaram, un ancien temple de l’ère Ayutthaya connu pour sa longue tradition, la procession annuelle « Chak Phra » a lieu chaque année en novembre.
(STOP 30 MINS) Découvrez Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen, qui abrite le plus grand grand Bouddha de Bangkok. Explorez la superbe pagode blanche, une paisible pagode de verre à l'intérieur et un musée plein d'art et d'histoire thaïlandaise. Un temple incontournable avec une vue et une culture incroyables!
Wat Paknam South Side est un petit temple au bord du canal. Nous nous arrêterons pour nourrir les poissons – les Thaïlandais croient que cela porte chance et bonne santé. Aujourd'hui, nous avons fait notre propre nourriture de poisson, donc nous avons également aidé le temple et les gens locaux.
Khlong Bangkok Yai était autrefois une rivière principale du vieux Bangkok. Aujourd'hui, c'est un canal paisible où vous pouvez voir des temples, de vieilles maisons et la vie locale le long de l'eau. Un bel endroit pour explorer le passé de Bangkok.
Khlong Bang Chueak Nang est un petit canal tranquille avec des maisons locales le long de l'eau. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourriez voir des gens vendre des marchandises par bateau et apercevoir un lézard moniteur d'eau nager. Un endroit calme et plein de charme local.
Marché flottant Wat Saphan (ouvert le week-end uniquement pour le livre de visite avant 13h00) C'est un marché local avec de la nourriture thaïlandaise savoureuse, des fruits et légumes frais provenant de fermes locales, et des souvenirs amusants à emporter à la maison.
(ARRÊT 30 MINS) Baan Silapin (Maison de l’artiste) se trouve dans l’ancienne communauté du canal de Bang Luang. Cette zone était autrefois un marché de l'eau très fréquenté. Aujourd'hui, c'est un lieu culturel où vous pouvez voir de vieilles maisons en bois, essayer des activités de bricolage, et déguster de la nourriture et du café au bord de l'eau.
Dépose flexible: Après la visite, vous pouvez choisir où terminer – rester dans un temple, un marché ou retourner à une station de BTS ou de MRT. Dites simplement à votre conducteur de bateau ce que vous préférez!

This tour was the absolute best way to experience a more local side of Bangkok! Weaving through temples, homes, and the floating market gave a beautiful perspective of the way of life here. The artist’s house was relaxing, and the market was exciting! Our tour was especially incredible because of our guide, Natalie. She was exuberant, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the tour. She was a joy to spend time with and learn from during our journey. I couldn’t recommend booking this tour enough!

The 3hr tour was great. We had a relaxing time seeing a different part of Bangkok. The tour was well planned and the boat was nice and comfy. What an incredible day exploring Bangkok's hidden canals with Ja-Oh as our guide! From the moment we met, her warm smile and infectious energy made us feel right at home. Ja-Oh grew up on the canal, so her knowledge is truly deep and authentic – she shared fascinating stories about the history, daily life along the waterways, and little details that no guidebook could ever capture. We wandered vibrant local markets, sampled delicious treats from floating food boats, and got a real glimpse into traditional Thai life away from the tourist crowds. Ja-Oh is fun, thoughtful, and genuinely caring – she tailored the day perfectly to our interests and shared personal anecdotes that had us laughing nonstop. She has the best laugh ever! By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we were just hanging out with a great friend rather than on a tour. We booked a private 3-hour canal boat tour for 7 people to the Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market, Big Buddha and the stunning Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen temple – and it turned out to be even better than we expected! The tour was very well organized, the team was super flexible with our wishes, and they even took us to our next requested destination at the end. In fact, the tour lasted longer than scheduled, which was such a nice bonus. What made the experience truly special was Natalie, who took such wonderful care of us. She shared lots of fascinating facts about the sights and Thai culture, and joined us at the food market to try many delicious snacks together. This was an absolutely perfect day on the canals, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
It was a truly memorable trip with our 4 kids. Private boat for 6, did all the normal sightseeing stuff but beyond that we got a good look and explanation on Bangkok from the river. young and old, poor and rich, villa's and ruins. Great learning experience in multiple ways.
