En explorant le paisible et préservé sud-est de Naxos à bord avec buru_boat, nous voulons que vous sachiez : Le poisson frais que nous servons à bord n'est pas seulement « local ». C'est personnel. Chaque matin, nous recevons nos prises du capitaine Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), un pêcheur qui a travaillé main dans la main avec nous ces trois dernières années et sans l'aide et le soutien duquel servir le poisson à bord n'aurait pas été le même. Pas d'intermédiaires, pas d'expéditions congelées, juste ce que la mer offre au capitaine Dimitris ce jour-là, respectueusement pris et préparé pour que vous puissiez en profiter sur le pont, entouré des mêmes eaux des Cyclades qu'il venait. Tout ce que nous cuisinons et servons est bio, réel, de saison et plein de saveur. Nous récoltons à la main du sel de mer sur les rochers près de Panermos, ramassons des câpres sauvages et cueillons des citrons et des oranges dans les arbres de notre famille. Nous collectons et séchons l'origan et d'autres herbes et nous produisons et utilisons uniquement notre propre huile d'olive. La plupart des choses que vous goûtez, sinon tout, sont d'origine locale. Depuis la baie de Panermos, direction la mythique grotte marine de Rina, laissez-vous tenter par les saveurs authentiques les plus raffinées avec un chef privé naxien à bord et explorez Naxos du Sud-Est comme un local sur un bateau traditionnel en bois "Varkalas". Chaque plat servi est élaboré avec soin à partir de poissons et d'ingrédients frais, d'origine locale, mettant en valeur les saveurs de Naxos. Des fruits de mer et légumes de saison savamment grillés au sel de mer et aux câpres autorécoltés, manger à bord offre la combinaison ultime de savourer la mer, directement sur la mer.
Nous passerons devant et nous arrêterons dans une série de baies naturelles et isolées, riches d'histoire et de charme authentique des Cyclades et nous jetterons également l'ancre dans la plage troglodytique de Rina, où vous aurez l'occasion de nager à l'intérieur de la grotte, d'explorer ses sources d'eau naturelles cachées, ou de plonger du haut des falaises. Nous fournissons des équipements de plongée et des aides à la natation pour tous les niveaux, afin que chacun puisse profiter de l'eau en toute sécurité et confortablement.
Après avoir visité la grotte et profité d’une baignade rafraîchissante, nous jetterons l’ancre dans une baie tranquille cueillie en fonction de la météo et du vent de la journée. C’est le moment idéal pour repartir, savourer le repas de fruits de mer à bord et profiter du soleil. Pas de précipitation, juste de la bonne nourriture, de bonnes vibrations et une mer magnifique tout autour.
Après avoir nagé, exploré et mangé, nous retournerons à Panermos Bay.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience we had in Naxos! Please folllw this advice: take the drive, spent the money, and enjoy this most remarkable experience! The food was absolutely exceptional! The swimming and snorkeling was truly so beautiful and rejuvenating, and the captain and crew were radiant! Worth it!!!

Very very nice trip. Good storyteller about the different small Islands, we were really inspired to visit the small Islands after the information the guide gave. Very nice boat, lots of space. Extremely good food! The most delicious we had in the 2 weeks in Greece. Fresh caught fish, and lots of homemade specialities👌 We were visiting Cave Rina and one of the guides showed us around while we were in the water, that was an intense thing! Also very good videomaterial was provided, so we have all the highlights when we Get Home.🙏Can really recommend the trip.
This was a really neat tour my family took in Naxos. The wind was really bad but Voula and captain Dimitris reached out and moved our excursion to depart from a different dock. They were very accommodating, and we were able to see Rina’s cave, swim and have lunch at a secluded beach. Voula was a wonderful tour guide, she gave us history of Naxos and her sister was a culinary graduate that made us a delicious lunch. I highly recommend them for a tour ;)

This was hands down the best part of our trip to Naxos! Our hostess was amazing! She was easy to communicate with, friendly when we met her, and informational about the islands around us! The wine was delicious, the cave was fun for adults and teenagers alike, and the food was amazing! No one in our family had ever had cold fish before. The starters were absolutely delicious! Even our kids who hesitate to try new things loved it! The main course was cooked fish that they had caught that day. By far, the best meal we had on our stay on the island! Highly recommend this cruise for families with kids 10 years old and up or couples. We left this cruise for the last day on the island and it was the best choice we could’ve made! Even the drive down to the port was stunning.

Unforgettable boat trip in Naxos! Highly recommend booking this experience for an authentic, relaxed and incredible time ! The most DELICIOUS food is prepared on the boat and served to you while taking in the beautiful surroundings - incredibly fresh & so much attention to detail! Our best experience while 12 days in Greece. Voula, Popi and Captain Dimitris are simply amazing. It's a 1.5 hour drive to the other side of Naxos, but worth every minute of mountain roads. Pulling up to a dirt road and a port with only 4 boats, we didn't know what to expect. We were tired and a little dizzy from the drive and then found the boat, got on and Voula was our host talking us through southern Naxos while Captain Dimitris cruised along the coast. More swimming than what we expected (a good thing) and hands down one of the best meals of our lives from Chef Popi. The conversation, food, scenery and boat was magical. We took our 15 and 18 yr old's and it's their favorite as well. Look up bura_boat on instagram!
Our family of four just loved this private boat trip. We truly enjoyed the personal, local experience and learned so much about Naxos life and history from Voula. The swimming and scenery were spectacular and we were able to mostly avoid the big boats with large groups. The food was the best we had on Naxos! I just can’t say enough good things, highly recommend this private experience, it was worth the cost for our family!
