Captain Jack Pigeon!! A great captain and very 🤣.. Primarily geared towards a family with kids, but and the wife enjoyed it too. Kids were entertained, the was a good buffet lunch and bar where you can buy drinks. Time also for a swim and you could walk the plank if you wanted. Also a power boat pulled along side, it was €15 for 15 mins of high speed fun on the water( seat belts not very forgiving). Great trip for family's, or couples.
Absolutely brilliant day out on the Jolly Roger ll in Paphos Cyprus! Captain and sea mates were excellent! Ali baba the magician was brilliant and frank and Kenneth I think that’s what his name was they were brilliant with there limbo, hat juggling and balancing displays! Really got to give it to the main captain pidgeon though he was excellent very engaging and a brilliant voice! I’d highly recommend this as a trip out we travelled with a few children ages 4/6and 9 and they all really enjoyed and the extra bonus of going on the dolphin chaser for 15 euros extra.. we had so much fun! Thankyou
What a fabulous and fun trip! We had always admired the ship in the harbour and decided to give it a go this year. And we are so glad we did! It was fun packed from the start, from the welcome drink of Billy Bones from Stavros the bar man, to singing along to Adam & The Ants as we sailed back into the harbour. We were entertained by Captain Jack Pigeon and his 'Piratey Pirates' Patty and Penny throughout the day with activities & games, sword fighting, making the evil Pirate Pete walk the plank (yes it has a plank), a treasure hunt, face painting and more. We did find time for a quick swim in the sea at the Secret Pirate Cove, and a bite to eat from the Buccaneer's lunch! As well as all this there was a fantastic kid's magician and a Pirate Acrobat duo too! All in all a great day on a great boat with great people! A big thanks to all the crew, the aforementioned Stavros and Pirates, and to Stella who was always on the go! And I can't finish without a shoutout to Pirate Patty for her lovely singing too! Oh and I almost forgot! The ride on the Dolphin Twister with David Husseinhoff (not his real name I suspect), was just exhilarating!! We will be back!
Overall it was fun for the kids We have 3yrs old and 6yrs old and there was plenty activities for them. As parents we had a bad experience when captain Jack decided to address the kids with the phrase "boys and girls, gender neutral, non binary etc" twice. We don't appreciate when someone decides to intervene and impose an ideological opinion on our children. The eldest child in our group was approximately 8yrs old. And shoving this agenda to toddlers and preschoolers is not appropriate, leave the responsibility of educating to family values to the parents.
Great experience for kids and adults alike , crew were really friendly, great fun , and food was tasty
Went with my partner and nearly 6 year old daughter. She enjoyed it and loved the entertainment. Food provided was ok and the drinks were reasonably priced although not the cheapest. I wouldn't call it a cruise too much though. Cruised for about an hour or less along the coast and then sat at anchor for the rest of the time before going back the same way for an hour or less. Not enough seats for everyone. we had to have padded mats at the front of the boat in pretty much full sun. Overall it was ok. kids enjoyed it. the also do a hotel transfer.
It was a really good day out with our two boys and grandparents. We were very impressed with the buffet which included chicken, salad, rice, tomato pasta, wedges and chicken nuggets for the kids. The little pirate show and acrobats were fun to watch. The boys loved jumping off the plank into the sea. Drinks were reasonably priced onboard. The photographer was a nice touch and photos weren’t too expensive at €5 each if you wanted to buy them.
this is a great trip especially for children the crew keep them entertained throughout well worth the money and not too long at sea
This was a great 1/2 day out. Loads of entertainment for the kids the staff were all really friendly funny and talented. The photographer took some really good pics of us too. Well worth a go with young kids.
Had an amazing time, fab from start to finish. Our little one loved it. Would highly recommend, a highlight to our holiday. Captain Jack was the highlight of the day.
