Departure 30 minutes late No organization The DJ is a Bluetooth speaker! Incompetent or unpleasant staff
Bonjour, Ce jour-là, nous avons organisé deux débarquements distincts : un bateau avec DJ et un autre sans. Des complications lors de l’embarquement ont entraîné des retards et il est probable que vous ayez été dirigé vers le mauvais bateau. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée. Unfortunately not the experience I expected. The “driver” of the boat was extremely rude! It is basically an overpriced taxi service from point A to B. Tuk tuks are much more informative and the drivers are nicer! They don’t get you wet on purpose either!! Skip this boat!!
This is more of a shuttle than a tour to get from the center to Belem; the boat is not very new but functional. No safety instructions were given to us. On the return from Belem to the center, the boat is supposed to run every hour, and upon arriving at 4:30 PM to catch the 5 PM one, we had to wait an hour and a half in the restaurant on the walkway because no boat came at 5 PM. Fortunately, there was one at 6 PM. The person selling the tickets did not inform us, and when we asked if a boat would come at 5 PM, he acted as if he did not understand and did not want to respond... even though he spoke very good English to sell the tickets. In short, it was not a great experience, unfortunately.
Very disappointed with boat trip which was not as described and on a poorly maintained small uncomfortable vessel. Would recommend comparing with other local operators before booking.
Seeing Lisbon from the water is great, and this is an interesting alternative to the tram or bus to get to the Belem Tower (sadly encased in scaffolding at the moment and not open to visitors). The boat though has seen better days, and the tour is pretty basic - more of a river taxi trip than a tour. There’s no commentary on the local sights (and no safety briefing either!). If you’re prone to seasickness then this is perhaps not the tour for you if it’s at all choppy. There is a loo on board.
Beautiful sunny day fresh and calm waters. Took in all the sights along river front. Disembark at Belem then decent walk back to city centre.
Great DJ and enough amount of time to see the amazing Lisbon. I highly recommend this trip in the sunset from 19.30 to 21hs
we just walked up and booked onto next boat cruise, small boat but with good panorama. Cruise take around 1.5 hours and stops at cruise ship dock and Belem tower, good cruise at good space, lovely to see the sights from the water, our ticket was valid for 24 hrs from time we bought ticket , so went twice and sat on different sids of boat, great trips
Even in the rain the kids (10 and 12) greatly enjoyed the ride. The scenery was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this tour.
We booked a one way ticket from the main square to Belem, and had a very pleasant journey. We would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon
