Si vous restez en dehors du Vieux Quartier, prenez en charge au point de rendez-vous : Hanoi Opera House allant par voie rapide à la baie d'Halong dans les 2,5 heures à 3 heures de route inclus arrêt pour le temps de pause sur le chemin.

Awesome experience from start to finish. The staff and crew couldn’t do enough for you. Food was great and the places visited were well selected . Highly recommend Jade sails. Priced really well too.

We had a wonderful day in Halong Bay on a beautiful boat with excellent facilities and a fantastic crew. The night before, we traveled down by taxi from Hanoi and stayed overnight at the Paradise Suite Hotel in the marina. It is a five-star hotel at two-star prices, highly recommended. The hotel also provided free transport to our boat Jade Sails. The service on Jade Sails was fantastic from the moment we arrived until we boarded the bus to take us back to Hanoi. As for Halong Bay, it is as stunning as everyone says it is and a must place to visit while in Vietnam.

Excellent trip. Transfer was easy from Hanoi they picked me up outside old quarter for a few extra bucks. Ship was great. Drinks were cheap. Staff was amazing. View was unbeatable. Highly recommend. I went solo and still had a blast.

This tour and the tour company is a scam. Please Stay away. Don’t trust them - they are liars and their Viator add is misleading.
Dear Nickesha Lambert, We got your booking for 25th May. We contacted you on the booking and WhatsApp to confirm the booking and require your information. You didn't provide your information and just concluded that we were scam then canceled the booking from your side. We even didn't understand why you did that. We just tried to contact and support the customers. At last minute we couldn't cancel the booking and we followed Viator's policy. Best regards, Luong
Booked through our hotel in Hanoi as recommended day tour of Halong Bay from Hanoi. Everything went smoothly from 7 am pick up to boat ride to return that evening. Thought we were getting a private limo but it was upscale small van with other guests. Boat could have fit 80 or so but there were just 10 of us. Fantastic staff, full bar and way too much food!! Felt it was worth the money.

This review is for Authentic Halong. NOT ABOUT THE JADE SAILS. Booked and paid for a “Highest Luxury Limousine ” . As stated in their advertisement "English speaking driver". NOT. Driver they sent did not speak English. They sent a muddy, beat up SUV expecting four large adults and the driver to ride in for the 2.5 hour trip to Ha Long Bay. Refused to give refund. Offered to supply correct vehicle next day. We are leaving next day…. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Bait and switch. I have copies of the confirmation with attached pics of vehicle meant to show up.
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We really regret that you did not experience the cruise. For this case, we would like to explain as below. We have 3 options with different rates. 1. Luxury Limousine + Cruise 2. Cruise only from Halong 3. Private Car Transfer + Cruise You booked and paid the option # 3. Original booking with 6 guests with private car transfer, and then amended for 4 guests only. So we offered SUV 7 seats. We were sorry because of the morning rain, we did not cleaned right away. But it was CORRECT option for your booking. We explained and only can change for next day if you are ok. But if not, there is no way for last minute to cancel and refund 100%. We will work as the booking policy. You did not tell us you are very LARGE. Some cases, we still managed to offer bigger car or even limousine if available. But for this case, we could not offer and managed within 30 minutes. Lastly, we operate daily with many tours and many guests. We have the clear policy. Moreover, Tripadvisor is the biggest travel forum, we have many reviews: both good and bad but please note that we have many excellent reviews. We always try our best to offer the best services. We do hope that you follow the TripAdvisor rules and policy too.
This cruise goes to the less busy Lan Ha part of the bay area, off Halong adjacent to Halong Bay itself The guide. the staff were top notch, the food was excellent. The activities were good, including going on boats rowed by locals into a lagoon separated from the sea by a cave entrance, and a kayaking experience

Jadesails was highly recommended to us and we are so happy we listed. We had an amazing time from the moment we were picked up in the Aclass Limo Van. The entire staff were very informative and caring about our experience and it showed. The boat was clean, extremely comfortable and spacious. The boat can hold up to 100 people and we were lucky enough to be on it when they only had 43 people booked so it was perfect. The food was delicious and just kept coming. They also did a mini cooking class on the top deck in the afternoon to teach people how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Definitely worth the visit and we comfortably recommend ❤️
