Excellent alternative way to visit Formentera. The staff on board were very nice and attentive. The food was excellent, and there were plenty of drinks available. The boat was equipped with various snorkeling kits. The meeting point could be updated to their office for the avoidance of confusion.
Departure from Ibiza to the beaches of Formentera with a swimming and snorkeling stop and then paella on board! Music and fun company.
The morning and afternoon departures were delayed. Way too many people on the boat, there weren't enough benches to sit on. The boat is moving at a very slow speed, so the journey seems endless. The staff was very kind. Formentera is WOW! Definitely worth seeing, but use another transportation company. There are several boats that offer the same route.
Too much time wasted on the boat. Would have preferred more time in the island. This boat is shared with tour passengers and ferry only passengers. The difference is the meals and one swimming stop. Ferry passengers get drinks and more time in Formentera. Most of the guests on my tour were complaining and underwhelmed. I agree with their sentiments. The food was ok but the extra fees could have been used at a restaurant. There was 1 swimming spot 15 minutes from Formentera and we stayed there about 3 hours. No land was accessible during that time and music was only played after picking up ferry passengers. The time on the actual island was only about 3 hours. My advice would be to take the ferry and explore on your own. Scooters, bikes and car rentals are available. You can also take the bus to the beach which passes the salt flats for 10 Euros. Brings snacks for the beach and the boat because the meal times are a long wait. Boat staff was friendly. Did not witness anyone snorkeling and no paddle boards only pool noodles. sun beds are benches and bean bags. Not enough for all passengers. They said the top level was reserved for full tour passengers that’s not true. It’s really first come, first to choose. Overall, a long underwhelming day.
The boat trip was nice, very friendly staff . However, beware of the workers at the meeting point trying to sell you entry to allegedly 3 clubs in ibiza. They dont work directly for the clubs so they are winging it and hoping to get you in although you have already paid them 60 euros. Later that night one of the workers “ Rocco” messaged me saying we werent going to be able to enter universal club which was the whole point of us purchasing the entries from him. He knew i was leaving the island the next day so going back for a refund wasnt an option. I felt fooled and disappointed!
Boat is not as in the picture!!!?? lunch/paella is really bad(eating raw rice with chicken bones), time in Formetera became from 4 hours promised by the tour to 1.5hrs, e-bike rented and paid were simply not available once arrived to there?!…. General not good experience!
We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, on that day we faced an exceptional operational situation that required some changes to the usual schedule. We understand your disappointment and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the experience for all our guests. Kind regards.
It was a great trip but I felt the boat had too many people on. Felt very overcrowded. I messaged to ask about paying extra for the beds but was told I would have 2/3 as there were 9 of us and they would be included In the price. However on arrival it’s a first come first served basis so no beds were reserved which was a bit disappointing. The drinks and food were lovely and the 3 hour Stop was fabulous. We then went to Formentara which was lovely. Would recommend- the only downside for me was how busy the boat was
We enjoyed it very much! Staff were friendly and the drinks were cold!! The boat is shared with quick day trip passengers but after dropping them off, we had the boat to ourselves. The swim spot is beautiful and there are more than enough masks for everyone.
Unfortunately, this excursion does not match the description. It is a form of ferry with free bar. It took a long time to get there as the boat was a bit too slow. Unfortunately, they did not have a wine opener so there was not much wine. There were no beds as described. They're benches. The paella was nice and the beer good. Very friendly staff!
We missed the boat. The email and instructions that I received never told me to get there early. They never instructed me to get there 20 minutes early or 30 minutes early. They put the start time at 10:45 AM. So that's what time I thought I had to be there. After arriving at 10:50 I was informed that the boat had actually already left way before. Me and my best friend were extremely disappointed because it was her birthday And we were all dressed up, ready to celebrate her special day, and the boat had already taken off. They did not offer any refund or any other solution.
